Absolutely fantastic service. My Mum needed assistance with her electric recliner chair and a lovely gentleman from Suttons visited my Mum to help her. Not only was he super efficient he also managed to order and deliver my Mum a new chair within 48 hours. This was so greatly appreciated as my Mum has mobility issues.
Thank you so much for such a fantastic service which would not have been so if we had ordered from a major furniture shop.
Lets keep these local shops with the personal touch alive.

Just had a new sofa suite delivered today. So pleased. Only 2 weeks from order to delivery. Paul was so helpful and allowed us plenty of time to try all the suites before choosing. 2 lovely young guys delivered the new suite and removed the old one. Excellent service from this long established family firm.

Fantastic service, Bed ordered, delivered and assembled without any problems despite tight corners in my cottage. I can't recommend Suttons enough. Would gladly recommend them 5 star service x

Just had 3 carpets fitted by Suttons today and we are so pleased with them. Suttons have been excellent throughout - staff were so helpful during the process and they had a massive range of carpets at different price points. The guy who came to fit the carpets this morning was fantastic as well. Would highly recommend!

Genuinely impressed by Sutton's, we were a little apprehensive about using a local high st firm, but their pricing was very competitive and with the amount of five star reviews they had, we went with them as we wanted peace of mind. Well we were proved right, their service was impeccable, great communication all the way through and fitting was arranged quickly and to suit our needs. Fitting was done in a day, very professionally and courteously, honestly couldn't have asked for a better service! Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service! All of the people who work at the store and the delivery people are really nice and helpful and were flexible to deliver my order before Christmas. Really thrilled with the service provided to me. The quality of the furniture I bought was to a very high standard. My mother in law is a long term customer and recommended them to me and said they have always been consistent with their service, highly recommended :)

Buy my carpets and soft furnishings from Sutton's Wickford. Carpet fitters excellent and more importantly, Sutton's take responsibility; unlike some of the big carpet companies that pass complaints back to the fitter for the customer to sort out. Prices very competitive. Personal service. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff were really helpful without being pushy. Gary in the Wickford branch delivered an excellent customer service.
He went the extra mile by double checking our calculations.when we thought we had made a mistake with measurements..

This is a family run store in Wickford l have bought furniture from them in the past always been happy with the purchases & the friendly approach, your not hassled you can look round at your leisure if you want help they will gladly advise my kind of furniture store selling carpets & beds too.

I have been dealing with this Company for about 6 months, to get a lounge/stairs/landing carpet replaced after 2 years of being fitted. This Company have gone the extra mile to ensure the customer was re-reimbursed. Two years ago Sutton's of Wickford fitted a new carpet as a result of an Insurance Claim. After the carpet had been fitted for 12 months, a re-stretch was undertaken.After another 12 months Sutton's were consulted and in their expert opinion the carpet was faulty. It took over 6 months of negotiation for the carpet manufacturer to accept their product was faulty. It was delaminating in various locations throughout the carpet.
Sutton's have been outstanding liaising between the Insurance Company & the customer until the manufacturer agreed to replace the carpet free of charge & also to remove the faulty carpet and dispose of it. an outstanding incident of their Customer Care

Brilliant customer service. Helpful. They even fitted the carpet we ordered over two appointments to suit us. Carpets look fantastic.

I have never bought furniture at Suttons so can't say much about them in this respect, however I regularly go there to buy Kitchenware.
They have a great selection of Pots, Pans, Knives etc. and the staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

A superb independent bed and furniture store, I found the staff very helpful, and the mattress I bought was great value, and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend Suttons as a place to do business.
