Heidi's is an absolute gem and a must visit place for afternoon tea!

I had booked afternoon tea after lots of research of where would be the best place to go, and we were not disappointed. I needed a vegetarian afternoon tea and my friend had a traditional one. This wasn't a problem for Chelsea, who was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. She was friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

After ordering our drinks, they brought our delicious plates of afternoon tea. The portion sizes are generous for the price, and we were both absolutely stuffed and unable to finish everything. Thankfully, Chelsea helped us box up our leftovers.

There is no doubt that I'll be back again for another round of afternoon tea soon! Thank you, Chelsea and Heidi's.

Just been for a lovely Father’s Day lunch. Food was wonderful (Dad said his Greek salad was the best he’s had since he went to Greece). Friendly service from all the lovely girls. Will definitely return soon

What a beautiful place to attend for a delicious afternoon tea! The decor , the hospitality, the food, the stunning surroundings of the building itself , just perfection. My sisters and I had a wonderful time & it was my daughter’s first girly outing with us too and she loved every minute of it! Can’t wait to come back again , thank you to the team for looking after us on my birthday for an afternoon tea & being so sweet with the compliments X

Lovely afternoon tea for me and my step mum. A child’s afternoon tea was also available for my four year old daughter, which was amazing!Very friendly and great service. Food was good and very generous portions, lots to take home to enjoy later. Atmosphere was incredible and busy for Saturday morning. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great evening at Heidi's for my hen night. We had private hire for 30 of us which was good value for money. The pizzas were incredible, they were huge and so delicious! Also there was a huge selection of drinks which were all reasonably priced. The staff were all really friendly & helpful. The space was perfect & would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Such a lovely and beautiful venue, went here yesterday with family and friends to celebrate my baby shower with my twins on the way very soon. The staff were lovely and friendly and very attentive. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back again soon to try the bottomless pizza night. Thanks again x

Chelsea and Kaz - absolutely amazing! Honestly we’ll be back - service , food a work of art! Love love love - prettiest place, great menu - coffee the best. We ate pancakes - most generous portions! Adorable hidden gem!

First time at Heidi’s and will be back! Olivia was so attentive and friendly. We opted for their Bottomless Pizza and Prosecco. Olivia made sure we always had a glass of Prosecco and slice of Pizza. You get to choose from a selection of pizzas and they were all delicious! Highly recommend! Thank you Olivia :)

WOW! Georgia, Lauren and Chelsea, what lovely girls!!! They were so polite, did everything above and beyond, making sure we had plenty of bottomless pizza and made sure we were having a great time! The pizzas were gorgeous, the cocktails were lush, the decoration was stunning and the brownies were DELICIOUS! What a lovely place to have a function! We cannot wait to return! Thank you to the lovely girls for making it extra special! We are filled to the brim with pizza!

Just had a lovely lunch with my friend at Heidi's, followed by some of their new delicious ice cream ....loved it, finished the meal perfectly! Will be back again ❤

Absolutely lovely place. Went for a small baby shower. The service, quality of food and general atmosphere was impeccable. Our waitress Olivia was particularly good. For a fairly young person, her service skills and professionalism was that of someone who had been in hospitality decades! Thank you xxx

The unlimited pizza option was great. The food kept coming with different flavour pizzas each time. All cooked very well and all tasted great. 10 slices was enough for me as I wanted pudding too. Hehehehe. The slices are quite big too. Overall, very nice. Will be going again.

The building was stunning. The staff was so attentive and lovely. The pizzas were amazing!!!! All in all an absolutely fabulous place to go eat

We went to a Baby Shower at Heidi’s and the entire night couldn’t have gone better. The team were so friendly, lovely and attentive and couldn’t have done more. I have dietary requirements and they took extra care to make sure I had everything I needed and was happy with my food (which was delicious, and everyone else said the same). Thanks so much for such a wonderful evening and for looking after us all, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful interior! Stunning in fact and happy to learn the designer named this place after his daughter 🫶🏻 we went for bottomless pizza and they were all stone baked and a real variety! The servers walk around very frequently offering different ones and are not shy nor judgmental for those of us with a decent appetite 😜 will be returning to sample the afternoon tea and hopefully some of the event nights!

Had afternoon tea at Heidi's with a dear friend, it was a belated birthday treat! Initially we were going to eat inside but weather was lovely and asked if it was possible to sit outside, this wasn't a problem and Chelsea who served us was helpful, polite and funny! Food was delicious! Good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Would definitely recommend this pink palace in Runwell.
