Brambles Cafe

We had full breakfast at Brambles Cafe on the 23-12-23, and what a breakfast! The staff are absolutely brilliant and the Cafe is very much dog friendly. Bernard loved the free sausage (thanks again). Food is cooked to order with local produce and cant be rushed, its so much better for it. Had a great laugh with local and visitors alike, a really friendly atmosphere in great surroundings. Hens of all types roam from next door and eggs are for sale. looking forward to our next visit, would deffinately recommend.

Lovely wee cafe! Staff were very friendly and recommended options for us to try. We had just been out mountain biking that day and we had soup and panini and it really hit the spot! Will go back here when next in the area!

Absolutely perfect little cafe, dog friendly, local produce & jams & eggs to buy. Food, best french toast & maple syrup ive ever had, everything served with a smile and freshly cooked.
Now we've found it just off the coast road between Dalbeattie & Kippford we will use it again & again.

Delightful - friendly welcoming and excellent setting. Good food choices. Dog friendly and I suppose you could even take a chicken if you had one as plenty wandering around. Expect a short wait at busy times but it’s worth it.

Popped in here today whilst out a run on our motorbikes. Found it by mistake and what a find. Nice relaxed atmosphere, the big breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I will be most definitely be going back if I’m down in the area. A great find a gem of a place

Brilliant breakfast, really friendly staff and house owner. There states there is a waist for fresh cooked food and it’s totally worth the wait. Lovely atmosphere with the hens and ducks roaming around. Stunning little spot x

A quirky cafe with great food. Sat outside in the sun. Service was very friendly and efficient. Dogs are welcome here too and they are well looked after by the staff. Lovely setting with chickens and ducks roaming around the gardens.

Good food (especially the lemon meringue pie 😋) and friendly, helpful staff.
Really enjoyable watching the chickens and ducks antics whilst we were eating and the variety of birds on the bird feeders.

Beautiful place! Friendly staff, lovely location by a pond and garden with chickens. Gorgeous conservatory and really well cooked, high quality food. Super cosy. Would definitely return!

Fabulous big breakfast, including beaut haggis. V friendly. Highly recommend. Look forward to frequenting again.

Willow was jealous of the brekkie, but was made to feel v welcome & had her own wee treats too… don’t let that forlorn look fool you!

The staff are really really friendly. Dogs are very welcome. My wife and I had the big breakfast. Quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. It definately set me up for the day. The gardens are beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The chickens liked it too.

Such a lovely cafe!
The plan was to stop for takeaway as I had the dogs with me and they're incredibly nervous. The wonderful lady talked us in to eating in and she had won my dogs round within 30mins. Which was an absolute miracle!
The food was really, really good - special mention for the veggie haggis from me! The coffee was nice too. And we got a couple of cakes to takeaway and they were also 👌
I will 100% visit again next time I'm in Dumfries and I absolutely recommend that everyone should visit.... Especially doggos!
