Great place with lots of lovely items. Excellent customer service by James and Beth who went the extra mile, both friendly and professional.

Lovely experience today with all the staff. A special shout out to Maisie who spent a lot of time explaining all about the selection of air fryers, and the experience of what she had used hers for. Also thanks to Beth and Mai. Such a welcome change to visit a shop and have engaging, knowledgable, friendly and energised staff. Well done girls and to Lakeland for employing staff that are enthusiastic, polite and happy in their work.

Visited here whilst shopping here at the main webbs store. Found a few items we wanted, and offered assistance by the James who was very helpful, took his time and wasn’t worried by the queue we had caused! Will be back :)

Wonderful, happy and helpful staff. They even had dog treats for our 2 dachshunds. Always a pleasure to shop in Lakeland. All shop assistants should be trained by Lakeland.

Popped in to look at new pan set. I spoke to the manager James, who is a real credit to the store.
Friendly, helpful and not at all a pushy salesman. I didn't purchase today but my very positive experience in store means I will be going back to do so.

Brilliant customer service at Wychbold
Today I purchased an ooni Pizza oven and accessories- from Lou and her Manager James who owns one and knew first hand all about them and a passed on some great tips he had learnt , they were both brilliant no pressure just really helpful and also did us a fantastic deal

Always love lakeland. Really great staff. I was having trouble the my Lakeland voucher wouldn't work but it was sorted. There was a couple of things that were out of stock or I couldnt see, but in the end I had something I had looked at but wasn't going to buy, but had a good black Friday deal
