Everyone who has attended my property have been fabulous. They were kind, sympathetic and had great sense of humour - just what I needed in a time of crisis. They worked really hard all day long and kept explaining what needed to be done, and why, along with what the next steps would be. Its still early days but looking positive.

Fair play. Insurers often get a bad rep but after my e-bike was stolen last week, the online claims process was seamless and I got my settlement agreed within a week. No fuss. I got the insurance through Policy Expert so would recommend as good value and good claims process

The technician, Adam, sent out to dry the house was excellent. Very thorough and explanation of the process was fantastic. He did not rest with the easiest to spot site if dampness, rather he investigated further and fitted a more extensive treatment setup to sort the property out. Cannot fault his professionalism or adeptness at all.

Trinity claims response team visited our property very quickly following a fire. The two young men Jordon and Kian were extremely helpful and empathetic towards us following our traumatic experience. Talked us through the process of our claim and kept us informed of the next step. Can not praise them enough, a credit to the Company - Policy Expert

Stuart and myself would like to express our appreciation to Keith Middleton and his team for their overwhelming kindness when we were faced with the traumatic accident to our home. All through the process we were informed as to what was happening and Keith, himself, regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going ok. We are delighted in the end result and to see our home back to how it was.

After my home flooded I contacted trinity who were extremely helpful they organised for a clean up and dehumidifiers the next day.The guy who came was really helpful and explained everything he was doing and the reason why. I am really impressed with the service and quick response.

Incredible service!! After a flash flood, the help and support we've received has been incredible! From day 1 there has been a contact point in the form of the portal and James has replied speedily to all of my queries. Matt arrived at 7.45am as the emergency support team and removed all the affected flooring and cleaned and sterilised all the surfaces. Honestly, I could not find a fault at all in the whole process ☆☆☆☆☆

Really fast communication and appointments. Use of some external agencies but again, prompt responses and excellent communications. They have an online portal so you can see the progress at all times.

Excellent repair and paint job done.

The First Response Team were very thorough and efficient . They showed empathy and understanding with our plight and we were reassured that they would deal with our problems and support us through this very difficult process. Dealing with insurance companies is rarely a pleasant experience because it can be stressful and at times intimidating experience, often feeling like you are being interrogated to be caught out on something. However, this certainly wasn’t the case in this instance. Tony was very helpful and friendly from the outset and sorted out my claim efficiently. No complaints at all.

Absolutely Outstanding Service provided by the First Response Team from Trinity Claims Ltd. This followed the devastating flooding of our Grafton Underwood property, caused by a failed Compression joint in our Airing Cupboard. The leak flooded the ground floor of our home, with further extensive damage to the First floor, impacting on Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Our team of 3 Outstanding, Compassionate guys, were straight in, Stripping out a huge amount of Carpets, Laminate flooring and Skirting from the ground floor. Upstairs, they removed the floor tiling from the main bathroom. A huge quantity of sodden and extraordinarily heavy flooring material and tiling was swiftly moved outside. A sweep through the property, removed the inevitable wreckage of plasterboard debris and destroyed personal possessions. Extremely Heavy Furniture was, speedily transferred from the devastation into the Garage. Once the house was cleared, Humidifiers were installed, with clear instructions on their effective use. The Contractors arranged for the huge pile of waste to be collected by 8.15am the following morning. So relieved to have had such a professional team, after such an extremely distressing week.

The first man that came to access the damage was really a nice polite man, the second young man Evan that came to dry the damage out was polite very helpful, both men are a credit to the company

Oliver came, assessed the damage and did everything he could do to help make it good. Unfortunately he was unable to finish due to no fault of his but he did as much as he could working well into the evening.

The Trinity claim handles have been excellent in dealing with my claim from the beginning. They have answered my questions quickly. They have arranged appointments within days.
The Suveyors (James and Kelvin) have been both polite and helpful. The surveyors for the contents were excellent and took care in dealing with our furniture and personal items.
The Surveyors (Matt and Andrew) who came to check if the drying equipment was needed did an excellent job. Did their work quietly and efficiently.

We have just had the First Response Team come to assess the damaged caused following a leaky water tank The team that came were very courteous, polite and extremely helpful explaining everything to us. We have been so impressed so far by the service we have received

It was lot of work Reuben worked hard to rip off and put things in place knowing that I was unwell , he was very considerate and did all the work smoothly of ripping off the floor and skirting, putting up the dehumidifier s etc
