Kloud9 Pawfect Retreats

Our boys (French bulldog and pug) absolutely love their time with Louise. They did not get on at kennels at all, and with Louise, they are treated like pets and part of the family. They get regular walks and play time (which they particularly love with little Noah).

Cannot recommend Louise enough. Great service, great price. We wouldn’t trust our fur babies with anyone else now. Our dog even had an issue with his eye on one occasion and Louise agreed to take them and to administer eye drops 4 times a day (which was a tall order, as our dog hated having them). She is amazing and now he’s not so bothered by them!

They have their own little holiday when we go away and they love it. Thank you!

Would give 6 stars if I could! I initially met Louise around the village walking the dogs in her care so she was the first person I thought of when I was going away to look after my 10 month old Dalmatian Barnaby. This is because I knew how regularly the dogs get exercised and she has a great way with dogs where they have fun but she won’t take any nonsense which is good as she often has a few dogs at the same time and as he’s so young Barnaby can push boundaries. Barnaby had an initial day there so he learnt he would be coming home then she looked after him for just over a week in May. She picked him up as I was worried if I left him he would pine for me and sent regular updates about how he was settling in and him playing with other dogs (I even got some photos a couple of hours after he went so I felt reassured). She did a bit of training with him re jumping up and snatching treats which was great. This meant I could fully relax and enjoy my holiday and although I missed him I knew he was absolutely fine and having his own holiday. He’s also come back really settled and calm rather than hyper or stressed as dogs can often be after kennels. I wouldn’t not hesitate to use Louise again and would highly recommend her to anyone as an alternative to kennels as the dogs stay in her house and are treated as family. Can't thank Louise enough! We left our 2 cocker spaniel boys with her for a week. I was worried as we hadn't left them with anyone other than family for at least 5 years!
They had 2 day sessions prior to our holiday to help them (& me!) with being separated from us. They absolutely loved it and were very happy when we dropped them off for the week.
They had regular walks and were treated as a member of Louise's family. We also received pup-dates from Louise with their antics over the week!
Highly recommended and would have no concerns leaving them again with Louise and her family :-)

Fantastic while we were away on holiday, we never worried about our 2 dogs at Kloud 9 Pawfect Retreats, Louise takes great care of the dogs and they really are made to feel part of the family. Walked, fed and fussed with lots of care and attention, plus communication of how they were/what they were up to which meant we could fully relax on holiday!

Ralph has just returned from a fabulous week’s stay with Louise. I know he has loved it! Felt so comfortable leaving him with her and was great to get pictures of them snuggling up on the sofa. They are literally treated as their own family pet for the time they are there. Don’t want Ralph to go anywhere else now!!! Already booked in for the next holiday. Thank you so much!!!

Our Pug loves staying at Kloud 9. We know that she is well cared for, walked regularly and above all, treated like one of the family. She has stayed on two separate occasions; for a two week stay and a one week stay - we would not want her to go anywhere else! She loves the purpose built, air conditioned ‘Dog Hotel’. Thank you to Louise and her family for the walks and reassuring pics!

Highly recommend for a safe place to leave your doggy. They look after your dog as one of the family and being licensed by Lichfield District Council and fully insured we knew Kloud9 was a professional caring business
