Very helpful and always friendly. Great knowledge of dietary requirements. After my dog gained weight after she was spayed, We changed her from a raw diet to a complete light diet. She is now back at her ideal weight and can enjoy the occasional treat. They even calculated the amount of food she needed each day to reduce the weight.

Always a treat !! Brought the cats with us in backpacks, all the staff were lovely and offered to open a bag of treats for them. The cats tried out a couple of beds and explored the cat trees; got some fancy treats, a bed we couldn't get them out of and some grain-free food. A great range of good food, treats, toys and probiotics. 10/10 as always

Great pet shop. I buy my dogs their frozen raw food here. They love it. There are lots of choices and healthy natural options lots of things for other pets too.

Brilliant place,so helpful. They truly love the animals that come into the store. Norman (the dog) always gets a cuddle and a few treats from the staff. Even fitted his new halti as his dad lost the last one !!. Also aware that the company helps local dog charities, which is also fantastic

This is a great store in the centre of Sheffield. It is well stocked with a vast array of products for all kinds of pets. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful and it is great for when you pick up large heavy bags of dog food and cat litter.

Lovely place. Very friendly & helpful staff. I like the fact that I can take my dog inside, she loves a good snuffle abt & drinking water is provided. Always leave with a toy or treat Bella cons me into buying.
