St. Clement's Surgery

Great surgery but still difficult to get appointments.

Very good service from Dr Kumar ………….if you can actually get to book an appointment. Tried 20 times at 8am on 9.10.23, but failed to even get into the tel. queue. Tried pharmacy who advised they don’t treat sinus problems so had to run the gauntlet of trying to get hold of the GP again, which took another few weeks to eventually get thro’ on the phone. Was phone triaged later that day and given an appointment for a week later. Actual face to face appointment was on time and very good.

the worst surgery I have ever been to, I collect a prescipton every month for a dissabled person, and 9 out of 10 times it is missing medication, or it's not ready when after a week of requesting it I have to make phone calls or several 10 mile round trips, A simple request to the reception staff is like you are asking them to to take an A level exam, they make all the right noises but do nothing you ask, the local pharmacy has saved me several times by giving some medication that he really needs and cannot do without. I am surprised they manage to stay fuctioning with such incompetent staff.

Trying to get through to this surgery took nearly 60 mins and then someone answers who was very unprofessional and needs to be retrained…..I managed to speak to the doctor over the phone and even after the phone appointment I still haven’t received my prescription 28 hours after… Upon checking ,receptionist kept on saying Doctor haven’t updated notes on the system and also prescriptions haven’t been raised…..

Rude staff, didn't listen, didn't do their job right, just pained me off to other services which are not accesible for prescriptions. Either train your staff better or close down, not point in wasting your time with unproffessional people.

Stocking place that you can never get an appointment at. Always pained off with having to go to Pembroke dock surgery even though we are a Neyland resident. Shocking attitude from staff!!!!

Never answer phone. Refuse prescription with no reason given and no contact. Only find out when chasing the item.
