I cannot recommend Aaron and AB Sports Therapy enough. My daughter attained a back injury and he has been brilliant. He bent over backwards to make sure she could be seen quickly. He is friendly, professional and has helped my daughter to get back to dancing which is what she loves. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

I had fabulous service from Aaron from the beginning. I had family members who had been to AB sports therapy before and they had seen great results so I knew it was where I needed to go.
From initial diagnosis to treatment through to rehab Aaron has been amazing, explained everything to me, gave me follow up exercises and recommendations for what to do next.
I turned up to the clinic unable to walk and Aaron has got me back in the gym training which was the goal, I’m still not 100% but I’m 95% of the way there, I’m back in the gym and so much quicker than I thought it would be. I still have some limitations of what I can and can’t do, Aaron has explained to me what to do, how to warm up, what to avoid so I am set up to continue my recovery.

I love what Aaron has created at his clinic with all the different services and even added on Pilates, it’s made it a real hub of recovery and wellness. Once I’m fully fit I’ll be giving reformer Pilates a try.

These guys were recommended to me for really bad tennis elbow in both arms - I was in agony, but was keen to get back to the gym. Within a few treatments the pain had subsided to the point I was able to use both arms again at the gym, and over a relatively short period of time the pain had almost gone - this condition can last for years so I think this the treatment I had was a big factor. As well as the tailored exercises for me to do, during sessions I received treatment and wise advice which was amazingly helpful - not the usual 15min in/out physio appointment I've experienced elsewhere (plus they're just nice, interesting guys to be around). They've also got a lot of gadgets the others don't have, and whatever the hammer drill device was that they used on my elbows, it did the trick. Highly recommend.

I have had multiple back issues for years. I have been treated by Ben and he is awesome. He has paid attention to all the things I’ve been explained and he has assisted me in understanding the root causes of my back issues and how to treat them.

I will be looking for more treatments from Ben and other classes/treatments AB physio offer.

Both myself and my husband have been using AB sports therapy for injury diagnosis and treatment. We are always impressed by the professional service and care. We have recommended friends some who are not runners who have also been pleased with the outcome.

I have recently discovered reformer Pilates and absolutely love it. Especially as it coached by the very talented Rachael. Although reformer is new to me Rachael isn’t she has been coaching/teaching for a number of years locally and I trust her to get the best out of me at whatever level. I had a shoulder injury and with the shockwave and cryotherapy it was 100% fixed!
Ben was very knowledgeable and they are honest. A huge range of treatments for Sports injuries. The icing on the cake is an excellent reformer studio with experienced Pilates instructor Rachel who is great!

I cannot praise Aaron enough for his professionalism and honesty. Within 10 minutes, after initial chat he was able to tell me what’s wrong with my back and how we are going to work on it. Took 4 sessions for me to feel better, get rid of back ache, headaches have painkiller free life and most importantly to go back doing sports.

The reformer pilates studio is wonderful - the teachers are lovely and the classes are challenging but enjoyable. Absolutely give it a go!

Aaron also sorted out a running injury just in time for a half marathon! Would thoroughly recommend him and the team, who are all lovely, professional and know their stuff.

I reached out for help with constant pain in my shoulder. The physiotherapist helped me through massage and exercises. I had 4 sessions. Highly recommend this Clinic, they are attentive to your issue and do care and help. I appreciate their service.

Been suffering for some time with a sunken arch in my left foot. This has given me knee pain and a tender hip joint. Had an x-ray to confirm arthritis in my hip and lower back. Aaron took on-board my 10 minute moan and gave me a good physio for 30 mins. I think i had 4 good sessions. At the end of my really good treatment i was advised to wear inserts in both shoes to raise my arches. These cost @£8 a pair from Amazon. Never looked back. I am walking properly. Still got a small dose of pain now and again, that's old age, football and work. Very grateful to Aaron for his care and attention to detail. Cist me about 7 pairs of inserts for different shoes. Mainly trainers. The inserts are machine washable and it's like a miracle cure compared to how i felt before treatment. Thanks to AB.

I have been twice now for a course of cryotherapy. I can say it was a very positive experience, easing aches and pains and making me feel better. All the staff are very supportive, helpful and professional.

Been with aaron and the team for well over 6 years. He sets the standard for what he does. Ive seen him with multiple injuries and always been given the best advice and recovey. Wont find anyone better

I’ve been coming to reformer classes at AB twice a week with Rachael for a few months now and after having tried others before, I can definitely say you won’t find better! Such a good full body workout that Rachael always adapts to everyone’s abilities. Summer abs here we come :D

Had major issues with shoulder due to over training in the gym which stopped me from sleeping and turning head. Aaron and Benn did a great job and after 3 month of deep tissue masage and varied Acupuncture sessions I am now back to my normal sleep paterns and better still in the gym and feeling 100%. Going to keep the sessions going but less frequent. Thanks all

Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and really put me at ease. The chryo therapies are really unique but the sports massage and acupuncture were just as valuable to my recovery

I’ve been wanting to do a Reformer Pilates class for a while, but unfortunately nowhere close by; it’s great to have this facility locally. The class is great, something different and Rachael is the best teacher locally. After doing many of her classes for the past 20 years, both fitness and yoga based, I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better teacher. Rachael ensures you have the correct posture/positioning, is super knowledgeable, friendly and always makes the effort to know everyone’s name. The main thing is, you get results; fitness, strength, balance and toning. I exercise a lot including body balance/yoga but this Reformer Pilates class is adding something totally different.

I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder. After suffering for many months, I contacted AB Therapy for help.
I had a course of acupuncture and manipulation on my shoulder by Ben.
I am now pain free.

I have a Saturday morning routine of Pilates, fire and ice. It’s fabulous. Highly recommend the routine, AB sports and the team. Super friendly, very easy to work with and great equipment
