Amazing experience! Simon is great - great communication, super friendly and such helpful and quick and convenient service. I’ve worked with Simon a few times and he’s always been great - doesn’t take advantage of you, super trustworthy, generous and seems to work all the time - I’ve always dropped my phone off in the evening and he still looks at it and has always tried really hard to fix it! I appreciate his business existing so much!

Son dropped his iphone 14 pro and was absolutely gutted. Within 24 hours Simon had it sorted. Replied straight away to my message, came to the house the next day and repaired it on the spot. Explained everything very clearly, professional and courteous. Definitely will use again if ever needed, and highly recommend him if you need phone repairs.

Extremely happy with the service I was provided this evening. Messaged late afternoon asking if my son’s phone could be fixed asap, expecting to be told no as it was last minute but this was no trouble at all and was fixed within 15 minutes. 10/10 service and a lovely gent too. My wife’s phone broke while we were on holiday, she is also diabetic and relies on her phone for glucose monitoring among many other things! We contacted Simon on the Sunday morning, he came to where we were staying and had repaired the phone before the coffee we ordered (to drink while we waited) had arrived!
