Lovely family run business. Just exchanged today and got a lovely phone call off Sam congratulating me on my new home. Sharon in the office is also very helpful and polite. I viewed quite a few properties with other agents but I found these agents really know their stuff and were very patient with me.

From booking a viewing all the way through to completion. Molyneux have been an amazing team to work with.

I recently used Molyneux Estate Agents to sell a bungalow belonging to my late uncle.
The service provided was first class from the outset. Even though the bungalow was not in the best of condition, Sam was confident the sale would be quite straight forward. A brochure was prepared just a couple of days after the initial contact and posted online. The market knowledge of the Molyneux team was excellent and resulted in a number of viewings within days of the property details being posted. The bungalow was sold within less than a week.
Sam kept us informed of progress throughout the sale process right up to the day of completion.

We’ve viewed many properties in the area, and if you could choose any agency to work with then you’d choose these guys every time.
