Really friendly helpful staff. We purchased a lovely tablecloth at a reasonable price. This is our third visit to this store and we shall be returning soon as, in my opinion 100+ miles is not too far to travel for soft furnishings. Especially if it provides an excuse to stay in Wales.

Fabulous bedding store in the heart of Porthmadog. Having had a crisis in our motorhome whilst away with our Labrador being sick over our bed we were in need of pillowcases, sheet & mattress protector - all available and of a lovely quality. We spotted the store when driving to the car park and were expecting to have to settle for poor quality bedding from a discount store nearby - we were delighted to be able to replace with nice quality items. Great service from the lady who served me on Wednesday. Thank you for being a great traditional store. Saved our holiday!

I bought two electric recliners chairs in charcoal very comfortable and delivered on the date and time. Very pleased with my purchase

Chose a roman blind and curtain in same fabric. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and accurate with the measurements. Delighted with the quality, really well made! Adam, the fitter did a wonderful job!

Excellent service from Quaecks for a fitted bedroom, landing and stairs carpet. From first phone call to fitting in only two weeks. A very reasonable quote for the whole job and friendly fitters who tidied up. Can't fault them.

Mam bought a Healthopaedic mattress and has slept better than she has for many years , it is so comfortable and warm, used to toss and turn many times during the night she said but not now, the base was good quality also with two large drawers and two smaller ones. Took my old bed away also, great service guys.

Super service from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our new carpets and lino. The fitters were both so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get a perfect finish. Would highly recommend :-)

Called into the store in Porthmadog to buy a new sofa. Great choice and prices. Ordered a new reclining sofa which the guys delivered on time as promised. 5 Star service from start to finish. A real credit to not only Porthmadog but north Wales.

Excellent service when I recently bought a new armchair. The two delivery men were more than helpful despite extreme difficulty in getting my old armchair out of the house.It's great to be able to find just waht you are looking for in a local store.

Great to have such a wonderful independent furniture shop in Porthmadog. Good range of quality items. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I bought a houseful of furniture. When they delivered it, the sofa and armchair wouldn't go up the stairs. No tooth-sucking. The lovely guys came up with a solution and a different sofa and chair was delivered within about an hour. Couldn't ask for more. All the staff- shop and delivery, are really lovely people. I would definitely recommend.
