Very helpful with excellent customer service. I went into boots needing help finding the right product for my son and a lovely man named Dan helped me find exactly what I needed to help my teething baby and he also recommended other useful products which also helped. He was very polite and smiley and helped me when I was dealing with a grizzly baby- thanks Dan!

3 time's boots Ely have helped me with medical issues that have accurd during my stay at Ely cambs once I came away forgetting my important BP pills and the were able to sort replacements even though it was a weekend??the shop staff are very nice and helpful one particular lady sometime ago gave me advice on purchase of a ladyship cosmetic. this was in the week a d I haven't seen her since to thank her?perhaps she doesn't work weekend s??
