Overall very good experience from Tim the Salesman to Helen the Surveyor to James the fitter. Very helpful and polite service from Tim who we will no doubt return to again when we need more flooring. Helen was very friendly and efficient during our survey and measurements. James the carpet fitter was hard-working and very experienced at his job too. 10/10 to the whole team. Thank you Carpetright. Had Neil lay our laminate flooring on Tuesday 23rd January. Would just like to say what a brilliant job he done, very friendly and very professional. Absolutely over the moon with the result, thank you carpetright and especially NEIL.

I had a gentleman called Tim help me out with my carpets, I couldn't of asked for better customer service. He went above and beyond to help with anything I needed to know.

We ordered our new carpet through Nikki and had it fitted this week. It was a very easy and efficient process and both the staff we saw in store were friendly but Nikki was our main contact. She was knowledgeable and obviously experienced which was useful as our room was a complicated shape. We were extremely happy with the customer service we received. The carpet fitters were great too. Friendly and efficient. Very happy with the carpet. Thx.

Matt and Tim very helpful we have just had our lounge/ diner/ stairs and landing carpeted very pleased, so much so we are now havind our 3 bedrooms carpeted and new vinyl in the bath room and shower room

Went in to the Barnstaple store Saturday and Nilcole served us and was brilliant an asset to the company,she explained everything and made our ordering so easy . I used to work in retail and can spot a excellent assistant a mile off, a breath of fresh air bring treated properly unlike some other stores when you feel your interrupting their day. Good on you girl and good luck in the future ,carpet right is losing a major asset .

We had a really good experience at Carpetright in Barnstaple. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure we understood exactly what we needed to get our bedroom re carpeted properly. Matt was very patient and went through everything step by step with us. We would definitely recommend them.

Niki in Barnstaple's Carpetright shop was really helpful today, printing out all the final details/bill for me as I don't have a printer. I'm pleased I chose Carpetright to get new carpets for my house & got a great deal at 20% off. Looking forward to my nice new carpet.

Aidan from the Barnstaple branch team was/is FANTASTIC. We couldn't be more pleased with the service received by him.. He was super helpful in-store when we were choosing our upstairs carpet and downstairs laminate (advising us on all the extras like insulation which we hadn't thought about!) and continued the brilliant service when putting together and adjusting the quotes. We also received a very helpful and friendly service from their in-home consultant at the time, Paul, who came out to measure and advise, as well as their new hardflooring fitter, Neil, who came for inspection. We were so pleased to finalise our order with Aidan today, and hope the installation goes as smoothly in a few weeks time! Thank you again.

Nikki was a great customer assistant, friendly and very knowledgeable. She did great informing us about the different types of flooring, and the pro’s and con’s to them all, based on our houses layout. We are very happy and confident walking out knowing that our floors are in good hands.

We had a problem with a carpet we ordered, phoned Matt the Manager and went in the following day to speak with him and the problem was solved immediately much to our satisfaction. Great service all round, will definitely use again.

We came into Carpetright on a whim after a not great experience on our last visit and are so pleased we came. We managed to find a great bargain for our flooring and Nikki was so kind and helpful - she showed us the various flooring options we could have and was so welcoming, she even played peekaboo with our baby.
