It's an excellent place for buying household appliances. I bought a large fridge freezer recently. The sales assistant was excellent and processed our order quickly. I also paid a small charge for them to take our old fridge freezer away. Recommended.

Got in and got what I needed with a little advice although I went with what I know rather than the advice given, but us humans are creatures of habit x

Bought a TV I had seen on line in the shop as couldn't get it on line owing to my inadequate knowledge of computers The staff were brilliant I felt so at ease the staff member had originally came from Wolverhampton, I didn't catch his name, was out of this world explaining to me everything I needed to know thank you for your patience and support

Great experience, there was one member of staff called Charls. He was very helpful and gave me some great advice with my television. He was a very kind and well mannered young man and certainly knows his stuff 10/10

I am giving 5 stars because of one particular member of staff, called T.K, who was amazing. I had to return 2 Tassimo machines & he even delayed going to lunch to serve me. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable & nothing was to much trouble. He really is a credit to this store

I was trying to buy a vacuum cleaner after mine gave up suddenly. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. However they were extremely helpful and advised me where to go to get one quickly. They also recycled my old one for me. Really excellent service considering I didn't buy anything.

Helpful staff, very knowledgeable & courteous.
I was able to buy what I wanted & it was even carried to the car, which was especially helpful as was a large item.

100% impressed such excellent customer service with good advice and guidance. Nothing too much trouble and didn't feel rushed or made to feel unable to ask questions no pushy sales behaviour, left very happy. The set up service for PC was very good with friendly service and would highly recommend.

Needed an under the counter fridge with ice box, a lovely gentleman at the bottom of the stairs enquired what I was after, took me straight to two fridges with ice boxes, allowed me to choose, then straight down to the pay station. Everything sorted really quickly! Love speed shopping!

Credit where its due. I spoke with various helpful sales advisors and an assistant called 'TK Tom' set up my newly purchased computer for me. He patiently answered every question or concern with aplomb and knowledge. I was impressed with the service and attention to detail. Fingers crossed there will be no issues when in use, but I was assured that the Helpline would assist if required.

Recently purchased a mobile online from Currys as the item was not in stock. Nontheless, the follow up assistance from 2 members of staff Ryan and Kieran was excellent.

Wanted to buy a camera which unfortunately was out of stock. The salesman was excellent and knowledgable and explained the benefits of the 3 cameras we were interested in. Sadly did not get his name but a big thank you to him. I understand that he was normally in the warehouse.

Very helpful staff, and efficient checkout. The place is well set out with domestic appliances upstairs, but a lift is available for items on the upper level to be brought down, as well as 'less ambulent' access to the upper floor.
No walkie talkies to be found here though.

I was thinking on getting a laptop, however I wanted to have a physical look on different brands, that's why I went in store. Having a look around, I was met by Tom, who was an exceptionally friendly and helpful member of the staff. He answered all my questions promptly, and the few things he didn't know, he looked up before he replied. He helped me a great deal with choosing my laptop, and making the overall experience much nicer!

Amazingly helpful staff. Well laid out and easy to access what you're looking for. Great detailed advise from staff who know what they're talking about. Efficient service. All round great customer service, which often rare these days. Well done Currys!
