Never actually received my order and it took 3 weeks to get a refund. Reported to trading standards a few more reports to stop this company trading as they also removed my last review shame shamed

Bluewater Store would not match price of an sale item via the website, kept saying it was an online only price. Nothing on website states online only prices.

Trustpilot reviews page seems to have disappeared and new one created.

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star if I had a choice.
I placed an order on Saturday only to receive an email on Tuesday to say it’s been cancelled.
Apparently there was an issue with the discount codes.
How is that my problem?

AVOID!!! Incompetent company who refuse to issue me a refund as there courier has failed to deliver!!! Been a month and they now say they will refund when they receive the jumper back from courier, it’s clear that the jumper is lost!!! I have now got national trading standers involved!!! STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THEM THEY HAVE NO IDEA ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 4 coats for my twins and a raincoat. Raincoat never came. They refuse to resend or refund. Will need to contact my bank for further assistance. Won't be using them again.
