I went in today with my Son who needed a white shirt for a special occasion. Aouatif was really helpful, she spent time helping us ordered just the right shirt, to go with cufflinks. We really appreciate how much time and effort she put into helping us. Great customer service. Thank you

Visited today to purchase a suit etc for my son to wear to his school prom. I had looked online but all the different fits ands sizes confused me having never need to buy one before. We entered with a little trepidation but Eleanor who was working in the mens department was at hand to assist, she was wonderful, helpful and friendly. I'd like to say a big thank you to her for her assistance and advice.

Went there today for last minute.com emergency shirt purchase. Didn’t have the one I wanted but shoutout to Nicole working in Menswear she was brilliant at sorting me out, checking the stock both in the back of the store and at local stores in Somerset; and then getting one ordered for pick up at Cabot Circus branch tomorrow, where I’m already booked for lunch - so it all worked out. Nicole was extremely customer focussed, efficient and overall an excellent ambassador for the Next brand. I hope the manager see this and takes note - credit where credit is due in my book.

I shop here for baby clothes. Next clothes wash and wear great. It's nice to be able to buy quality clothes locally in what otherwise is quite a terrible shopping town. It's a shame the carpark isn't free but it's only 50p.

Probably one of the best next stores around. Staff are always friendly and stock is well merchandise. Other stores could learn a thing or two from this one.
