Had an accident with my phone so was worried about accessing everything and using old phone until new one arrived and just want to say that Jacob was amazing and his knowledge and customer service is excellent. Thank you Jacob you are an asset to the ee shop

Brilliant customer service from Chris and Beth today, showed me amazing deals, and helped me feel like I’ve finally found a phone contract deal, that best suits my budget. Both very welcoming and friendly couldn’t be a more happier customer! :)

I needed help and advice to purchase a new phone, as my present Contract was coming to an end.
Due to having a long term illness that affects both my speaking and my thinking.
I greatly appreciated the time and care taken by Sam, one of the staff team, to ensure that I had the best phone that I could use easily.
He was very patient and took the time to explain the Contract I was going to take out.
Further he also transferred all the data of my off my old mobile onto my new one, which has been a great help to me.
So many shops I now use seem to operate at great speed which can be stressful.
EE in Bromsgrove made me feel that I mattered as a valued customer and this helped me to relax and I was not afraid to ask many questions as we went through the purchase process.
I have no hesitation in recommending this EE shop to mobile Phone customer's.

Brilliant service. Was really in need of a charger today due to mine breaking, no where in bromsgrove could help or even had any chargers in stock, a lovely man in store was able to give me a charger, such a life saver! Thankyou so much.

Went to the shop yesterday (Friday) with a couple of queries, a lad called Javi greeted us in a professional manner and soon got our problems sorted. He was very professional and understanding and nothing was to much trouble, even looking at the whole account to see if we could save money but improve the service we have.

Ethan, Liam and Jevon were an absolute pleasure today. All three of them were outstanding. They clearly enjoy their job and couldn't do enough to help me. Went in today (8/6/21) for an upgrade. Was served by (think it was) Josh. Fantastic service and was really well looked after. I did have the option of upgrading from the ee app but why would you when the high street hero’s need our custom. Well done guys

Visited the store today to get a technical problem sorted out that needed a touch of expert advice. Javon acknowledged us when we walked into the store, he was helping another customer set up a new phone and did the right thing by asking the customer he was with if it was ok to help us while his phone backed up. He got our problem sorted quickly and efficiently and managed to balance 2 customers while delivering outstanding customer service to both. He was chilled out, friendly and knew how to fix it. All round, he delivered a great experience and made sure that it was all resolved before we left the store. Cheers Javon, you smashed it!

Great customer service from Liam. He listened to what I wanted from my plan and didn't try to up-sell once he knew my limit. He set my new phone up in minutes and I really appreciated his help.

lost my phone the weekend and was stressing about it a bit, went into the store this morning in bromsgrove and was helped out by Ethan who i think was the store manager. absolutely brilliant customer service, really helped me out with sorting out the insurance and making it an easy process. 5 star

Outstanding service, as always, from these guys in my appointment yesterday. Also felt safe with the measurements put into place to maintain social distancing in the current situation. Highly recommended.

Because I wanted to sort out e calls on my lg k8 phone i formated it part of me want to sell my phone to cex next door other part of me want to keep it I took out sim card and micro sd card
