I explored the store and found myself in the cologne section. It's kept locked for obvious reasons and a member of staff came with a key to see if I needed assistance. She was a fantastically patient lady with an equally impressive amount of knowledge. It's rare I am impressed by people these days so it should mean something when I say that I was.

Long story short, after taking half an hour of her time (at least) asking to sample various scents (and I must have tried at least a dozen), I left with some sample scent papers to ponder. My experience overall was so astounding that I had to leave a review; if not for the entire store (which seemed up to standard, at least) then at least for her. A true gem and a great shopping experience, thank you.

Visited here on Monday 1st November 21. I came here for my flu jab. I was met by Victoria who very helpful and professional. My flu jab was administered by Ayesha and her colleague Raina, they were very professional, polite and courteous. They explained the whole process in a clear and precise manner. I was in and out within fifteen minutes. A five star service! Highly Recommended.

Big shop to shop... always check prices here before buying from.superdrug ......which is next door....as they both are competing with each other.....example : Hayfever spray was buy one get one half price at boots where at the super drug it was full price...so i saved nearly £3.50 on it and was able to enjoy Meal deal from tesco
Shop smart not hard.
Plus u can sometimes get double...triple or 4 times the boots points if u have a card.

The staff at Boots Slough are always so lovely, and even when it’s a busy period or understaffed they still do their best. I don’t think they get enough props, because I’ve witness customers act rudely feeling entitled to be served immediately. I don’t think the staff deserve that type of treatment, so the ladies at the till who are always so pleasant my warmest regards to you. Slough branch needs to increase their staff during seasonal periods for sure and provide support for those who are getting mistreated by rude customers. And thank you for always making my shopping experience enjoyable.

Quite busy store .its on the high street .parking available in the shopping centre and its paid. Pharmacy is also available . cosmetics ,perfumes, baby stuff and many more.

I found everything I needed with ease and wasn't made to feel uncomfortable when my phone died leaving me unable to prove I was exempt from wearing a face mask, the staff were friendly and approachable both on the shop floor and at the tills even recommending I get the bigger version of the multivitamins i was buying, double the amount for only 29p difference to the ones I had picked up .Nice to see a retailer that actually does put the customer first !

Shelves are fully stocked, clean and well signed posted. Staff friendly and helpful. No queue to enter and a small queue to pay. Did not use the prescription collection desk so can't comment on that.

I’ve been shopping at Slough boots for the past 10 Years at least and honestly the customer service is just amazing! Staff are very friendly, always smiling and actually looks like they like working there with a comparison to most of the Slough shops. The store is always clean and whenever I’m there there’s someone stocking up.

Great products on sale here. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an eye infection and they had the eye drops that made it go away quickly in about an hour. Hats off to the team at Boots. Always have the best medicines

Went there for my flu jab, nicely signed where to go. Staff very friendly and know were everything is, if you can,t find it they will take you to it.

Small crew of staff but they will help even when they need to get jobs done, thanks guys for the help. Got in and got my things done in 20 mins usually it would take 45 mins.
