What a great experience to shop here. Not only is the quality of the clothes good but the staff are exceptional. I was looking for flip flops and the lady that served me was perfectly happy to run up and down the stairs looking for sizes. Definitely 5 star service. Very happy customer 😀

They have some great, quality clothing.
Add to the fact the have many offers and sale items, and you'll most likely find yourself a bargain.
Spent ages in the shop, and made many purchases....and love them all

Horrible customer service. Bought several shirts and underwear Got home realized there was a special on underwear if you bought 2 packs so we went in to see about getting the second pack on offer and was told no because they would have to return a pack to resell and they won’t return underwear. So obviously they are not customer focused I think we spent over 200 pounds there staff was not friendly at all

Ordered a dress for a niece who is staying with us for 2 weeks from Portugal. The dress was ordered 10 days ago and hasn't arrived yet. When I got in touch with their Costumer Service I was told they would chase the courier and email me. I haven't received any emails from them so I contacted their Costumer Service again the next day. I spoke to Sian who replied that my querie is already being looked after so refrain from duplicating queries and straight away cut me off the chat. So my issue hasn't yet been resolved and I found their Costumer Service rather unfriendly

Daughters just been trying to return a couple of expensive jumpers. Chap on the help desk was far from helpful, rude and obnoxious. Told her well I can't help you, then cut the call off. Seems they're going bust with shops closed all over the place, and no wonder.
Beware buying, there's little to no customer service.
