Just want to say Cameron has excellent customer service and knowledge. We came in today for pokemon cards. He went above and beyond showing us what was available. We left happy with what we had bought. I'm sure our nephews will love them.

Purchased a baby to toddler rocker/chair for my granddaughter to use when she visits. Bought it on line to collect in store. Nice and easy experience when collecting the chair. Staff very pleasant. Had a quick look round the store. Huge variety of toys. Will definitely be back.

The best toyshop! Has everything you could need, every toy imaginable, video games, bikes, baby equipment, stickers, cards and wrapping paper, gift vouchers... Good luck getting the kids to leave!

Got some Star Wars Lego a lot cheaper than other big name shops. Bought one kit that was £32 and 2 shops down in Argos, it was £60

Smyths Toys is situated within the Croft Retail Park. There are blue badge scheme dedicated bays within the retail park and the shop is wheelchair accessible. Inside the store is a large range of toys for a wide range of age ranges. You can check online about stock availability, which we had done. At present there doesn't seem to be any stock depletion but closer to Christmas may be another matter. It always pays to shop early for Christmas.

Easy to find what you need, staff are knowledgeable

Fantastic help from the team at Smyths in Bromborough today! I came in looking for a specific replacement hot wheels car in a bit of a rush after accidentally breaking one of my lads cars and 6 members of the team stepped in to help at different points. Very considerate team helping a very grateful dad!

I am giving 5star for one person only, I think her name was carly!!
I came in to Bromborough store today about 6.30pm to get a new car seat with my one year old in my arms and spoke to 3 different members of staff about recommendations on seats and every single person said they weren't trained and that only one person could help but she fitting a carseat for a customer.
I waited for about 15mins for her to come back and she was absolutely lovely but completely rushed off her feet. She had to serve me and the gentleman next to me at the same time giving us both recommendations and tutorials on how to install seats and once I made my decision she had to rush off to another customer before she could then set the seat up and install it in my car for me.
When she came out it was torrential rain and I asked her if the company supply rain Coats and she said they don't so the poor girl had been going in and out of store all evening and would have had to finish the rest of her shift soaking. I also think it's extremely unfair that she was the only one trained to do this job as there was plenty of staff in store and some just stood talking at some points.
I only got a new seat as I had a recall on my other one and i am very grateful for her helping me choose the right one one to suit my sons needs as I was pretty clueless on what to buy, I think she is a credit to the store.

I bought my Suzuki swift a week ago,Ben was our salesman and he was excellent. No hard sell and he was extremely helpful, helped me with setting up my phone and showing me how everything worked. I would recommend Eastham motors to anyone looking for excellent service.

One of the only instore toy shops left. Great selection at good prices... and they have a toilet in store!

It's a great experience, always have the main must have toys, just great to see my kids have the same expression I used to have as kid, when I use to go into another well known toy store all those rows of toys just wanted them all.

Always get what I go in for, staff really helpful. Iv never had a bad experience. This is my go to shop for Christmas, birthdays, baby stuff & the odd toy between. Great store 👍
