Had a great experience today at Curry’s with Mark. Have been in several times before looking for a new fridge but Mark was very happy to help and talked us through several different makes and models before finding the right one for us. He was very patient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him, I’m pleased we managed to purchase our new fridge with him and hope he gets the recognition he deserves as he is an asset to the company. Will be back again when we next need appliances.

I bought an HP printer here about a year ago on the advice of one of the staff their. What a bargain. Got it home and set it up. It worked OK
but I could only pair my phone to it.
That was all I wanted to do at that time, so ok.
Then, about a week ago, we had a
power cut in that room, and I was unable to reconnect to any device.
Took the printer back to Currys in Bromborough. Spoke to one of the technical staff, Neil.
In a few minutes, he told me that I had connected my phone to the printer in an unusual and not the recommended way. I'm not too good with phones and computers.
He told me the printer was fine and how to connect to it properly.
When I got home, in a few minutes, I had my phone connected, my laptop, and another phone.
I couldn't ask for better than that.

As always with Curry's they have a great range of everything electrical at competitive prices. The annoying thing was there was no sign of the particular item I wanted on display however I was able to buy it from the Bromborough store. So if you are after something specific it maybe worth checking a couple of your local stores.

Friendly and kind staff who helped me deal with a tech problem very quickly.
I was also there to buy a new iMac.
Very pleased with how professional and experienced the staff were.
I also left it till 7.30pm to visit.
Even though it was late in the day.
I was still helped like it was 9am.

I went knowing exactly what I wanted. Made my purchases and was able to use the trolley to take purchases to my car. A female member of staff did offer to assist.

Came in this morning to buy a new phone and laptop, there was a little bit of a wait to find someone to help me as they were clearly busy but the guy that served me (Jack, I think) was friendly and very helpful and helped me choose items that met what I needed and that were well in my budget.

Went looking for a watch. Didn't get hassled by sales people whilst I browsed and when I made my choice Ian at Bromborough was very helpful, sorted out my problem (I pay in cash) and didn't up sell me anything. Would definitely buy from him again

Today we met a very knowledgeable young woman by the name of Sam at Currys in Bromborough. Sam was incredibly helpful, professional and patient. Absolutely fantastic customer service along with Jack who helped process our orders quickly. Both Sam and Jack are a credit to your store. Thankyou

Came in to get to get a new iphone. Was dealt by Nathan and ewan. Massive credit to them. Were very helpful and sound. Was not pushy with anything made the process very smooth.

Wanted a new TV went in bought one without any problems. Good service thank you

Mark in the Fridge freezer dept. (Bromborough) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on a product.

Lots of everything electrical. A huge store packed with tech, with some amazing bargains.

Fantastic service from the staff at The Croft Currys. We've recently moved up from near London and needed practically everything. We feel we've had excellent advice for all our appliances, some of which weren't straightforward. For example the previous owners of the house cut out their fitted microwave - we didn't think we'd be able to find a solution without replacing the whole oven stack but a chap here helped us find a perfect fit which matches the oven - and it was super cheap! We had discounts as we bought a fridge freezer together. We wanted a fridge freezer that produced ice without plumbing it in - they recommended a perfect one and we're all delighted! Also bought a carpet cleaner which I struggled to get to work - I took it in and they made it work right there on the shop floor. The latest is we got a dishwasher to fit in the space of an under-counter fridge which was a narrow depth - we found a perfect brilliant product in this store - price matched so we got the best price. Just really pleased with this team. Thank you!! (I think we've got all we need for now - but we'll be back!!)

Great service while getting a new phone really helpful

Good choice and reasonable prices for today. Staff are very helpful too. As usual, I took out the insurance as it paid dividends for me a while back on a 14year old printer!
My only complaint , not with the staff, but please issue your staff with terminals that actually connect to your lousy WiFi connection. Caused me umpteen problems until the young girl went to a sale point in the shop and our sale went through. I'm sure it would be better for a sale to go through at a proper till and not a mobile phone/ipad unit. Use the hand terminal to check stock or information.

Did have to actually fund a staff member as needed a cable for my 5T harddrive to fit directly to my phone got there in the end after an hour of faffing about

Took a broken TV back here to find out if it could be fixed. Insurance covered, it was dealt with very quickly, 7 days I got an e-mail with a description of what was wrong with the TV and given a voucher for in store purchases. '65' please and took it home same day excellent staff and after service, highly recommended.

Usual good selection at competitive prices so always a winner with me. One big letdown that has really infuriated me over the years is that you can't call your local store to speak to anyone, never mind the manager. Currys. Get it sorted please.
