Friendly, enthusiastic, informative staff! And that is apparent from the moment that you enter the premises! And it Isn't just there politeness that is on display, because in addition to that, they have an assortment of attractive offers on at the moment including a "considerable discount" on Gents electrical products, most notably Braun electric razors! So if you are looking for something like this or something similar then i wouldn't hesitate in recommending "Boots" 2U!!!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and proactive young shop assistant. She really made a difference. I wish I knew her name but I can only remember very dark eyelashes and eyebrows. She's definitely doing a good job!

Boscombe Boots has just upped its game by employing Janice from the old Wilko's store, her customer service is above and beyond any other staff member I have been served by,, always cheerful and happy to help, her knowledge of special offers for saving money is a credit to her. Boscombe boots I hope you know how lucky you are to have her.

Great service at the pharmacy by a quick and dedicated server . A young man who I think was called Mike. I gave my name and it was not ready, i came back and he remembered me and with a great smile and service handed the prescription with a smile. Need more of him. Thanks

Have to agree with another reviewer, these are good people working in a very understaffed store. When I came in on the 6/12 to print photos from my phone
I didn't have a clue, but Sophie stepped up to help me out (even delayed her lunchbreak) so I got everything I needed. Went back for more the next day, once again Lee & Jacqi were so helpful. 5 stars for their commitment & helpfulness. Thank you very much!

Good store plenty of stock. Although be prepared for a long wait at the pharmacy...it is a very busy chemist & there is usually a queue to be seen.

The lady on the till was lovely she was everso professional especially having a very rude customer she was just calm and did her job so well. It's a shame she was on her own and couldn't be in two places at the same time but unfortunately some people don't understand it's not her fault why stress her. But reallt she made my day and that means a lot.

Boots Boscombe is one of the best store.The Manager,the the pharmacist, and all of the staff is very helpful.

What is up with all you people that boots has just 1 pharmacist who has to check every single script that is sent out as well as sign every single box as checked. I honestly think that people these days should accept that just sometimes we may have to wait it's not a McDonald's is it no and the advice I find they give is a great help so how about people let's hear it for the Boscombe Boots girls 👭 THANKYOU for all your help in such difficult circumstances love from Steve n Julie x

I love Boots but it is unacceptable for the pharmacist not to turn up in time, whatever is the reason. People are waiting and getting annoyed.
