I would like to praise the manager and his assistant.. Kieron Turner and Michelle Byrne for dealing with a difficult problem for me . I can’t thank them enough, unlike the appalling treatment I experienced at the Costessey store on tues 29th aug ,the manager was extremely rude and had no skills at all with dealing with the public . I was upset and angry with my treatment . He needs retraining.
Thankfully the brilliant staff at the Bury St Edmunds branch sorted everything out five stars and thank you .

Great service,the lady that served us at the till very pleasant and helpful,as for the young lad that was supposed to be helping the lady you got the impression he did not want to be there,and the lady had to ask on more than one occasion for him to help her....

Nice, quiet, friendly gym. Has eveything I need for training. It's not the fanciest but the equipment, staff and classes are solid

Personally I've never had a problem with sports direct, but returning items can be difficult, but you have to bear in mind that a lot of this is already end of line stuff.
Avoid buying football goalie gloves, they're often broken.
The place has a nice range of cheap brands to expensive brands, all of which is discounted.
