I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Wickes. The biggest shoutout to Tom who went and got everything for me due to my broken foot. He was so helpful and resourceful, and could not of done more to help me. A true credit to Wickes. :)

It's seems a smaller store but isnt as busy as others due to its more rural location so no queues and good stock. Only downside is not their fault, it's the traffic light system to exit the retail park, can have a bit of a wait there but definitely recommend, especially if busier stores are not your thing.

I have had the best service ever from a man called Nick. He has the patience to cope with even the most demanding customer. I purchased a Kitchen and was so pleased with his service I went back and purchased a shower room. The only down side is they do not sell nonslip shower trays. This in my opinion is a very big minus point. Thank you Nick.

Just got home with a car laden full of items I don’t understand from a list my husband gave me. Thank you so much to Fish, who was an absolute star and even sourced the items they didn’t have, and loaded the heavy items into the boot. This is customer service above and beyond, and he should be the employee of the year!! Thank you Fish! Ali Pinchen

Although the layout of the store was a bit confusing being my first time here, the staff were very friendly and more than happy to help me find anything I needed and each knew where everything was so found them very quickly.

Great customer service as always, lady on the till noticed a queue forming and asked for help quickly. Easy to find what we needed and got asked if we needed help.

The best staff at this branch went in this morning for laminate flooring lovely guy helped me apsolutley 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 service took it to the car as it was very heavy thank you so much ☺

Got an LED kitchen light for £7.50, which was cheaper than buying a replacement bulb for the one that had gone, so good value.

Big store with wide range of products but the best thing is the snack bar outside lovely food run by a really nice couple they get 5 stars 🌟 aswell

Simply a good store that is spacious and has a massive range of products. Plus significantly friendlier staff than any other local diy store.

Done click and collect plenty of stock to chose from, friendly staff and quick through tills.

Good customer service, good range of products got me out of trouble on a Sunday .

First time visiting went urgently for a drill to put TV on wall found it in 2 seconds and girl on till very pleasant
