Morrisons

My husband went in to morrisons Loughton today and there were no tills open except for self service tills. He overheard quite a few customers say they would never shop there again and left their trollies and walked out. My husband asked the till manager why they were not open to be told that all till staff were on a break! We have always been happy with this store but very loathe to go there in future.

Well stocked store. Lots of offers available. Even full price products are competitive with other supermarkets. Recommend a visit

I found everything and I like how is organized, but at the till a couldn't scan my Morrison card on my phone, because there was no reception.

It's a Morrisons! In so far as that goes, in my limited experience, it's clean, tidy, generally well organised; things are seldom out of place, and I've found nothing out of date. As a company, I feel that prices may have crept up relative to other supermarkets, since the corporate take-over a couple of years ago, but they are still competitive. In case you don't know the company: Morrisons are a budget-friendly supermarket, with roots as a northern grocers. They have quality and budget products. While they certainly have done fancy things, they don't particularly stretch at the luxury end of the market - you'll find some things in Waitrose, M&S, large Sainsbury and Tesco's that you won't find here, but what you do find here will be good quality for what it is, and good value. There's a bus stop right outside, and a car-park at the back with bike-stands (which I haven't assessed for security - I keep forgetting!)

Perfect supermarket to shopping with plenty of parking space.

I love Morrisons in Loughton. They still offer decent parking without the need to enter details or pay. They are well stocked, good quality stuff and even clothing for kids, which are good quality.

It's a supermarket what more can I say except can do a lot better. Staff are miserable and down in the dumps. Prices on the shelves are sometimes different on the tills so check and double check.

Good store, staff friendly and helpful but watch out on the offers as they like to swap things around. You think you have picked up something on offer but it has been switched and you are charged full price, or the offer has not been set up on the tills so you are charged the full price. Annoying, but seems to be a trick most supermarkets adopt.

Parking was easy. There is fresh fruit & veg which is actually fresh as opposed to some supermarkets. Shelves are all stocked up. I love the range of “world foods” here. Staff seemed reasonably friendly. Overall very happy and I will shop from here more regularly now.

Had everything I went in for. The shop floor was clean and uncluttered. A breakage by a customer was seen to fairly quickly. Cashier was cheerful.

This place is very good for all your shopping as well as other stuff you may want

It is a clean store and have all the products in there which is good because I have many options to choose from soft drinks to sandwiches. The staff is kind , polite , helpful , respectful and understanding people with great customer service. It is affordable and convenient for every shopper. Go there and spend your money because it is worth every penny to buy the product they have in the store. It is spacious , modern , big , tidy , huge , full of product. I have been there it is absolutely amazing because they have everything that I need such as good food , amazing product , great service and people with a smile all the time who is willing to help you. Go there , buy something from there before it is too late and you will regret not going there for life.

This shop is surprisingly large, I had drove past it a few times and from the front view I thought it was a small store. Visited for the first time recently and was pleased with the variation of products and size of the shop, another bonus is it has its own car park which is handy also. I have only visited a couple of times and later on an evening so I can't say how busy it would be during peak times. Has everything you would expect from a Morrisons store including salad bar, bakery section(Morrisons cheese pasties and rolls are the best around by a long shot) and fresh fish section. Overall a nice store well layer out with plenty to choose from.

Will always shop there from now on lovely stroke fantastic staff and a very good selection and cheaper than a lot of other main supermarkets

Had all the products I was after and the prices were very reasonable. Always love the fresh sausage rolls and pies 😋

This is my regular shop. I enjoy cooking a lot and buy my items there. Only now and then I'll go to butcher if I can't find what I'm looking for at Morrisons. Otherwise I'm pleased with quality and price. Also the staff is nice.

Good selection of offers availble,everything from homewares isle to clothing.

Didn't realise Morrisons had started selling clothes in their stores, had some nice bits in there!
Reasonably priced products, clean and fresh looking store.

Lovely polite and helpful staff. Shelves are always filled and stocked and if there's none on the shelves, they always will happily go to the back to check

They get top marks from me because they had a really good selection of Easter eggs, being far better than one or two of the other supermarkets nearby. I was able to get the good sized Cadbury's milk chocolate eggs which come with bars of fruit & nut chocolate - and I couldn't get those anywhere else! (Even Cadbury's own website said they had sold out, so well done to Morrisons - though the eggs probably won't be sitting there for long!)
