I got a new phone from the O2 website (As an upgrade) I couldn’t transfer my data from my old phone due to the phone not being able to carry out an iOS update. The chap in the shop advised me what to do (and it worked), he couldn’t of been more helpful - excellent service, will definitely use again

Came in to do switch up and a very friendly chap named Rob helped me. Made it super easy and very helpful, sorted it out very quickly. Nice one Rob 👊🏼

We came into store today and we were served by Rob, he went above and beyond for us. He was assisting us whilst also helping other customers and supporting the other staff in store. He dealt with some tricky situations and didn’t let anything phase him or dampen his mood. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you Rob for everything you did for us. You are an asset to the store!

Although didn't make a purchase this time, have used the shop in the past and had great experience.

Christine my wife recently brought a new mobile phone from the 02 shop on the Shires Trowbridge. Being older we are not to sure on technology. Been back three times now to ask diferent question and each tome the staff have been very patient and very helpful. The customer service have been above and beyond what we expected.

Fantastic service: went back twice and Adam couldn't have been more helpful. All the other staff were amazing too. Adam listened carefully and immediately understood what I needed, then explained/demonstrated things clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what I had to do + sorted out updating apps/changing settings etc to make my new phone work properly. He also showed me a couple of quicker ways of doing things. Brilliant service. Thank you so much.

Popped into here to sort out our Business account upgrade. We were expected (I'd phoned to check they could sort a business account out so i didn't have to renew over the phone) and Jason dealt with us. It took a long time but everything was thorough and clear. All in all - excellent

Fantastic service, even with the Corvid 19 restrictions, went to update phone, with the added problem of changing contract into my partners name, not as easy as you think.
But with Sam and the manager emailing O2 h/o all sorted by next morning and all done with good humour and nothing was too much trouble for them.

My daughter bought me a more up to date mobile phone. I recently went to 02 for their help on a few occasions. Gladly it was not busy. The young lady Taigan was very helpful. The second time l had problems understanding various photo icons when taking photos Whereas l was so used to my other mobile as it was much easier. I think it was the Manager l saw He was very patient with me and showed me what to do n how yo make the best of taking photos plus understanding the shades light n dark etc. Thank you. lm not very good at explaining, so hope you get my meaning

I was having trouble downloading files from my emails from my kids school. As I'm rubbish with technology I went into the O2 shop in Trowbridge for help. Jaz was quick to approach me and help but it was Harry who solved the problem, he was brilliant. I am so grateful that my phone issue is sorted as I wouldn't have a clue what to do. Both Jaz and Harry were very friendly and so helpful. I would recommend the O2 shop in Trowbridge because the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. 5 stars.

Went to store today (9.8.18) to get help swapping SIM card from my old phone to a newer phone donated to me by my son. Absolutely nothing in it for O2 staff but Jason was terrific; patient and plenty of expertise. Terrific service!

Was in for couple hours while husband got a new package. amazing service from 3 members of staff.
Also saw one member of staff help an elderly gentleman for quite awhile with patience and calmness as he helped the man, despite the customer accidently ending the phone calls a few times that the o2 worker was connecting for him. The o2 staff then was sat listening and chatting with the gentleman for quite awhile afterwards. Giving him time and respect while chatted. Was lovely to see. This was today 6th March at about 1630
Highly rate o2 staff, helpful friendly polite and willing to go that bit further to help

Always helpful. I cant describe how nice and helpful the staff is. I always look forward to going back and getting my next upgrade sorted out.
