Amazing quality, great place to shop if you are looking for decor items. 10/10 shopping experience. Lots of deals going on in stores.

Great selection of lighting and kitchen stuff.
Cafe is nice but menu signs are further away from you than the till is. This is awkward when you're wondering what to get. 🤷

Got some great stuff and lovely duvet covers, could've bought a heck of a lot more but had my hubby with me!

Excellent store for absolutely everything you could possibly want. Lovely staff especially Becky on the till .

Great range of home and garden products at reasonable prices. Also can grab something to eat or drink at the upper floor.

I called in to get a shoe rack. I spent £68. OR so and got some lovely things and new bed sheets etc. one guy was very helpful and showed me to where the shoe racks were. He was lovely. Did not get his name sorry lovely, helpful man. 🤷

Delicious cream tea and coffee enjoyed this morning. Excellent customer service from the young man making coffee who offered to carry the tray to our table. Much appreciated.

Purchased on line to have delivered to this store as we were staying at Hope for the a few days and decided to change the cushions in oir caravan. Well, first time to this store and the staff were amazingly helpful and able to have a laugh with which helps the shopping experience. The store seems pretty new and plenty of parking.

Very welcoming and cosy cafe. Great food and coffee. Lovely time to spend catching up with friends. We visited for hours ordering food and drinks and the staff were amazing. Would definitely come back again.

Love Dunelm and is often my first port of call for homeware goods. Staff are friendly and the click and collect option is really convenient, although I love browsing the shop and always end up coming away with something I hadn't intended to buy!

This is my all time favourite places to get home goods!! They always have really amazing variety and at really nicks and affordable prices. Plus, they are so efficient with the same day collection because they make available items very soon. Thanks Dunelm!

Great place to shop for almost anything you need in your home. Cafe is very good too, lovely hot chocolate.

One of my favourite places to shop, I love the different colours of bedding , I'd like to see light turquoise bedding and towels , also a king size colourfully heart bedding ,also more seating in the cafe,

Safe environment given the current situation.
Offering a great click and collect service whereby you dont even have to enter the shop. You park up and phone them and they bring your purchase out to you.
Equally good though to browse too especially if you go later, hardly anyone there. I really appreciate the later opening hours for this reason.
Great prices, great quality and friendly staff too.
