If you want a tea and a bacon roll look no further. The staff are always on hand to go the extra mile. The room has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you all

Always love Packwood, it's sort of local to us, we're other leics to their warks, but we combine a trip to Packwood when we go to Solihull both are enjoyable time out, but different in appeal, Sharon is always welcoming as are the Trust staff, everything about Packwood is Quality.

Great cafe & food, staff were very helpful. We ate our cakes outside as the weather was very warm. Service was brilliant 👏

Very polite and friendly staff with a clean environment and a good selection of hot and cold food, ranging from snacks to meals. The shortbread is a must to try. The staff stayed calm and worked very efficiently even though the place was busy. Look out for cake of the week - it was gin and lime when we visited. Nice clean toilets as well.

Quite simply one of the best atmospheric cafe's we have ever been to. The seating is well spaced, the comfortable areas deserve to have time spent in them.
The usual great coffee, superb staff, and top quality choices on the menu.
Treat yourself, we did.

Great little tea room, very friendly and attentive staff but service is always slow. We ordered tea and cake, large scone with cream and jam, great cake. Highly recommended

Excellent cheese scones. Smiling, happy staff, even though extremely busy with loads of children running about.

Really lovely cafe, good selection of food and cake. We went for breakfast on a Sunday (get there already 9:30 and it's not too busy, plus kill time before gardens open at 10:00). Kids breakfast is a really good size and everything was really tasty and well cooked, very crispy bacon. Lots of seating, indoors and out, although it can get very busy. If you're having tea and cake, get takeaway and use the tables by the tractor.
The best thing here though is that they are set up so well for kids, they have plates, cutlery and even sippy cups if you forget yours. They have a selection of books to borrow, plus colouring pencils and paper.

Bank holiday Monday in May. The cafe was busy and the queue long but the staff were amazing. Tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Great atmosphere too!
