Following on from a discussion with Guy whist I was at the top of the pass leading to Applecross in Scotland right through to collecting our Adria Action from Gomshall a couple of weeks later I have to say I was impressed buy the whole process of purchasing a caravan from Marquis. We were treated very well by all the staff we encountered. From the welcome greeting at the front desk, the subsequent selection of a suitable awning, the actual purchasing process and finally to the handover briefing, all dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. Well done all.

Mick and I had the very best service from Ben and Oz at the show rooms. We bought a caravan and from start to finish we had first class service. The lady in the coffee shop was also first class, all in all 100% would recommend Marquis. Good job everyone 👍

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Naomi's customer service. She went above and beyond from booking our motorhome hab service to the time I collected it. Her friendliness and enthusiasm was very refreshing!
She loves her job (she told me that) but it was clear to see.

So, we've had another teething problem on a brand new vehicle. I have to say Marquis Gomshall have once again come up trumps.
Our oven wasn't staying alight.
Hubby said if was the thermo coupling? We were booked in to Gomshall for diagnostics and for them to look at our solar panel. We actually wasn't sure the solar panel was charging. Neil showed us it was fully charged.
The thermo coupling needed fully tightened up! So happy we didn't need to return for fixing.
So very happy with Naomi who is a great front of house

Had expectations of not being able to get the job looked at for quite a long time. But when I phoned Naomi she booked me in within an hour and Neil was able to fix the problem with the solar regulator whilst I waited. Many thanks

Deciding we needed to get a bigger motor home off we went to Marquis Gomshall. Adil looked after us from start to finish, yes we had a couple of hiccups with the van delivery being a couple of weeks later than planned but Adil kept us fully informed of progress.
We now have our van, with just a couple of very minor issues Adil had it sorted.
Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Found damp in our caravan,straight away the marquis team followed this up ,replaced the floor under the warranty. and then the amazing cleaning team gave it a really good clean inside and out we collected it looking perfect

Collected my new Adria motorhome yesterday from Surrey have to say it was a very nice experience I was met by Adil who looked after me brilliantly infact Adil has looked after since I ordered it in February keeping me informed through the whole process and also Ben who spent nearly two hours going through everything on the handover Highley recommend buying from this company couldn't fault them

This is now Marquis caravans, mostly the same staff as before, Marquis is a big prestige chain of motorhome and caravan centres. This one is vast it also has indoor shop floor space for awnings and camping equipment. Great company, great site, great staff.

Bought a brand new Auto Sleeper Fairford Plus MQ with Adils help at Gomshall. Great service and after service.
Had a few teething faults that were quickly sorted out by Naomi and Neil in Service.

Salesman Adil made the PX of our motorhome for a new caravan easy. He was patient and supportive while we made our decision. The handover was thorough. We had a good experience with the whole team. We are satisfied customers. The coffee was good too.

Very happy with our new caravan. Although the sales manager was ill with covid when we then wanted to go ahead with our purchase, the sales director of the whole company helped us and we proceeded 🙂. Sales manager called us when back, the caravan was cleaned quickly, which let us go away in her this weekend and we couldn't be more pleased! 💖💖
