Wickes Dorking

Counter (Pay & Collect) has now been removed as from 20/08/18. Listened to the customers reviews and pushed for it to be removed, the works have been completed.

Electrical, Plumbing, Hardware, Lighting, Ladders and Stair Parts are now all displayed on the shop floor with access to all customers.

Bought the flat pack garden gate and saved £7 delivery with C&C. Easy parking, collect counter right by the entrance. A quick check of the PIN code and my purchase was brought immediately. Quick, efficient, easy. Thoroughly recommend.

As I review, this branch has just reopened after 7 weeks of lockdown, and has implemented distanced queueing around the carpark, 1-in-1-out and lanes around the store.

The staff are doing a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances, keeping everyone safe while remaining courteous and professional

Went to buy paving bricks sand and cement today the staff were very helpful helped me get a 2nd trolley and load it and I had to make 2 trips due to the weight and they helped me take the trolley to the car and load it up. Very refreshing to have such a lovely friendly helpful girl with

Thank goodness the catalogue section has gone. Often staff didn't know where stuff was and customers couldn't check quantity. Time was wasted. In the trade time is money.

Never had a bad experience in Wickes, some of the kiln dried wood can be a bit wonky donkey but I always check. Yvonne in the kitchen sales is super helpful.

5 minute queue to get in, well managed SD in store, good stock and efficient checkout. Glad to be able to buy DIY again.

It was easy and find alots of stuff when doing DIY there plenty stuff to look around and include outside as well bunch of different tbings for household, garden and basic construction work
