Bought a warm winter jacket. Very happy with the quality. Staff was very pleasant and delivered great service. We couldnt find the right size in other shop... so we came to Cromer branch. Found here everything.

Absolutely fantastic outlet. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Will was amazing and answered all our questions to emable us to obtain the perfect walking boots and special aftercare spray. Great outlet, excellent prices and fabulous choices with staff who really know their stuff. Definitely will be visiting again in the future.

Good selection of clothing and equipment at pretty good prices. As the stock is their own brand it can be hard to directly compare to competitors but the prices seemed very fair and the quality of the clothing was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was lots of choice.

Great place. Didn't know it was there until we stumbled across it. I am doing my first ever walking marathon in May2022 and it had everything I needed. The staff are so helpful and couldn't so enough of us. There were lots of bargains too. Well chuffed. It sells everything you need for hiking or biking.

My daughter and I went into the Cromer store today, there were some fantastic reductions on coats and jackets . And really good quality. A member of the staff called Sophie was absolutely fantastic, she helped my daughter out with finding several different jackets and coats. She couldn’t do enough to help, so friendly and knowledgeable, It was a pleasure to shop there.

Excellent shop. Good products at good prices. Good range and sizes.

Also, the service is exemplary. I had to return a pair of faulty walking shoes and Sophie was very helpful and professional in dealing with the matter.

I have used this shop several times and shall continue to do so - my favourite shop for buying 'outdoor' clothing.

I wouldn't normally leave a review but was very impressed with how genuinely friendly and helpful all the staff where and felt this should be recognised. The only name I picked up on was Sophie, would recommend shopping here.

there is lots of stock. It is hard to navigate around d the stock without colliding with people but everyone seems polite.and patient. There is only really a o e way system at the tills. The staff were very helpful when we were looking at boots and we had to stack one we had tried on to be put aside for 72 hours.

Was on holiday near here for one week. Found the exact item I wanted but not in my size. James went all out to help, he tried to obtain the size I wanted but nowhere had one locally. He phoned the store in my home town who advised they didn’t have one but there was one within 8 miles of home. He ordered it and I will collect on my return. Thank you very much James for going the extra mile.

Really helpful and friendly staff. A good selection of all weather clothing, footwear, coats and equipment for all the family. If they don't have what you need in stock they happily see if they can get it in for you.

Very busy Sunday pre Bank Holiday, Kye the Customer Service Assistant helped exchange goods with a professional attitude and with minimum fuss. We will always use this store as the staff are very knowledgeable.

Excellent value for money more so when one of there sales is on. Pop in have a look you won't be disappointed lovely helpful staff.
