Always clean and the shop is well stocked. The staff are friendly too, one gentleman behind the counter sounds like James Blunt, he's a nice guy.

I live close to snetterton service station and the staff are always friendly when I visit which is most days. Plenty of choices of drinks unfortunately they don't sell any alcohol here. But they do have a seating area for subway and Greggs and car parking at the front of the entrance and has a free ATM machine as well.

Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Shop very clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Fuel was about 5p a litre more expensive than my usual garage but what I would expect from a roadside service station.

Lovely staff and excellent choices. Met a lovely lady called Maxine who is a credit to the garage and really brightens up a long slog that is driving on the a11 so ita nice to have a friendly face. The prices are typical for a large road service station so would be unfair to mark down. The shop is large and very open in a good location. I was lucky enough to get there when quiet but I can see it gets quite busy being near a prominent race track.

Stopped for a subway as my grandson was hungry. Helpful staff lovely food. Even though they were quite busy they took the time to include my grandson in the ordering of his food which made him feel grown up. (He is 3) .

nice and clean inside. toilets where clean and tidy. also inside was a Greggs and a Subway. the Esso had a large selection of products from snacks, sandwiches, drinks and alcohol to things needed for your vehicle.

Great stop off beside A11. Esso fuel with Spar, Subway and Costa. Out on forecourt there is McDonald's and Gregg's. Good new refuelling place for cars and humans!

Bit pricey but definitely good choice, many pumps, toilets, shame you can’t shop inside 24/7

Brilliant, solar-powered fuel station open 24/7 with friendly staff always happy to help, only prices could be a bit lower, but I understand that it runs constantly and has to pay wages and repay for the new building.

Decent friendly staff drive thru Greg's attached as well is a bonus fuel prices are a bit steep tho 35ltrs for £50 (diesel)

Cheaper fuel than the nearest petrol stations. There is a drive through Greggs, a Starbucks and a drive through Mcdonalds. Would recommend.

Always empty when I go very big place McDonalds is now open behind the garage would be even better if they delivered

Great range of food and snacks. Greggs sausage rolls were a must.
