Friendly efficient staff. Spoke to them on the phone with regard to a part and they held it till I could get there within the hour. The part was for an old campervan and i was pleased they had it in stock.

Just called to ask whether or not ECP stock a certain fuse I'm looking for. Although they didn't, the guy was extremely helpful and recommended a few other stores in the area which might stock them, as well as trying his best to help me figure out exactly which one I needed, and seemed more than happy to help. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

This is where I get all my car parts from. The counter area is large and there is plenty of parking. Items are usually in stock and if not they can order them for you usually by the afternoon and also can deliver the items direct to your door. Good discounts are available to trade and account holders. Staff are knowledgeable and polite.
