Great experience from Darkside, spoke to them a few times around mods for different vehicles and always provide a massive amount of information.

Recently purchased a suspension kit for my Caddy to lower and improve handling to fit myself. The kit come quick in great wrapping so nothing was damaged during shipping, helpful instructions also come with the kit which made fitting super easy.

This Company is amazing, I have taken my pride and joy here for the first time for a new timing chain and a new custom exhaust and I couldn't be happier. I plan on bringing any future cars here now! The performance is so much better than when I brought it in thanks to the custom Remap, the sound it makes is wonderful! Cheers Darkside.

Great customer service with communication and advice. Did a swirl flap delete on a 2.0 TDI. The kit was very good with decent instructions. I'm mechanically minded, but never worked on my car at this level before. I had the job done in around 4 hours. Highly recommend.

This company is hands down the best I’ve dealt with, they really do care about you and your pride and joy, they are very clear and transparent with the information and prices, they will always been honest and upfront. I had a slight issue with one of the hardware supplied, which is not there fault, they where so amazing, understanding, They literally went above and beyond for me and has made me have some much respect and confidence for them as a business, I will be a life time customer and can’t wait to take my car back for more work etc. They are around 4-5 hours away from me but that will never stop me from taking my vehicle to one of the best diesel tuners in the UK 🇬🇧. 10/10

I took my VW Golf GTD to darkside developments for a stage one remap and to have some lowering springs installed. I was, at first, hesitant to have this done due to reading all that you do on the web. The guys there took the time to fully explain the ins and outs and put my mind at ease. Yes, you could find cheaper companies out there, but you really do pay for their expertise here. And the fact that the map is custom made to your car. Trust me that extra 50bhp makes all the difference, she really pulls now!

I ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle and within 24 hour received an email informing me of my mistake. My order was changed to the correct part and the process wasn’t stalled at all. Brilliant company, you don’t get many honest company’s anymore!

Bought a few parts from this company. EGR blank kit, front mount intercooler and boost pipe.
Had some fitment issues with intercooler but the aftercare service was brilliant. You can often judge a company by how they respond to issues/problems after purchase. These guys were great, very friendly, patient, polite and helpful.
They followed up asking how the latest modification was and if successful, very patient with me as I work full time and do my maintenance personally.
Very friendly and professional service throughout and I highly recommend them as they will endeavour to provide you what you need.

purchased an FMIC from these guys and was delivered next day, quality product and the branding of 'darkside' across the front of intercooler is a nice touch, especially when its fitted to my blacked out 435! Once I have fitted it I will be travelling up to them for a custom remap

The guys at Darkside are amazing. If you have a diesel, they are a must to get in contact with about anything you need! I can’t say enough about their customer service and the experience I have had with them over the last year or so! Give them a shot to help you out and you won’t be disappointed. I contacted them to ask for advice about lowering my VW Caddy. They responded quickly and explained everything and gave me options of which kit I could use. It arrived quickly in the post and my mechanic commented that it was a really good quality kit. Van looks and drives perfectly

Unbelievable customer service, I've used these guys a couple of times now and the technical email team is really really good. I had a sensor issue in the past which they got right straight away and I'm hoping the part they've just suggested will fix a coolant temp issue. They come back with a part number and a link to where you can buy the part from them. Don't be that person that then goes and searches the web with the part number they've provided for a cheaper supplier - your paying for their expertise and companies like these a few and far between nowadays.

Greetings from Canada! I started my experience with Darkside via email. I had provided my vehicle information (2.0 TDI Jetta) and asked for their suggestions as the car had a DPF fault and wasn't driveable.

They responded within a day and provided me with the information I needed. I purchased their kit and it landed at my door within 7 business days. They packaged the parts very nicely with adequate padding. The parts were very high quality, the welds were immaculate.

I had the parts installed later in the week and had zero fitment issues.

I highly recommend Darkside Developments, the whole experience has been awesome!

Previously tried to have my car (GTD MK7) mapped from 2 other tuners however both was unable to as they said my car is overboosting and i have a faulty actuator, however when i came to darkside they successfully remapped my car with amazing figures 496nm of torque! They fixed the overboosting issue which was an issue with my n75 and made an adjustment to my induction which was stopping my car running properly. They did these extra fixes for free! Should have just came here the first time. Lots of people say it’s expensive but it’s worth every penny and the customer service is also great. The tuner answered all my questions and stayed for a chat even though is was past 5pm (close time!) Definitely recommend. They really do know these cars in and out.

I was hesitant ordering from a company that's across the pound. Soon came to find out that was no worry. Parts came in before US based companies, customer service has been beyond A grade. Got an upgraded intercooler fitted by Darkside and I had a great experience dealing with these guys. From first point of contact to the end the service provided was excellent. Friendly staff and state of the art facility. I’d definitely recommend Darkside development for anyone looking tune their vehicle.

Their CBAA EGR/DPF/CAT delete kit is very high quality, a great price, and fit perfectly without modification. Customer service went above and beyond answering my questions, including informing me that I do not require anything more than an M8 bolt to delete the swirl flaps from the intake. I wish there were more companies like this in the world!
