I’m not the most IT literate person, Northstar IT are very patient with my simple IT knowledge. They simplify technical jargon for me and don’t make me feel silly in the process.
Their customer service is the best I’ve ever had in IT support! I highly recommend them to others.

My PC had decided that enough was enough of this home working and died. It is under warranty but I haven't been able to get hold of anyone it is under with to get it fixed. We use Northstar for our IT support at work and I decided to see if they could help. Well, they went above and beyond. They tried remote fixing it but that didn't work, we then went down other routes to see if it could still be fixed under warranty but to no avail (all require the seller to contact them, who I can't get hold of) They then had to take the pc and get it fixed at their office (keeping to all social distancing) in a day it was fixed. I am absolutely over the moon. Not only is it working but they assisted with what I should do next as it requires an update that only punch technology can provide.
During these uncertain times they have done a fab job. Now have one happy PC owner (me) and one happy PC (see in pictures) :)

Used North Star IT recently when I had problems with my laptop running slow. They talked me through my various options and advised the best way forward, which wasn't buying a new one. Instead we opted to upgrade the memory at a fraction of the price and it's running like new. Great service

We've been using North star IT Support for a good number of years now and we are extremely happy with the level of service we receive. Christian and his team are friendly, very helpful and experienced in what they do.

Northstar are a friendly, professional and very helpful team who will help you with any technical issues. They tend to get a lot of calls from our team (Prime Stables Ltd) and these can be from the easiest tasks (like password protecting a word doc) or to the hardest of tasks (like the servers making a funny noise :) ) everyone at North star always have the can do attitude and each and everyone of them will not stop helping you until you're satisfied. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an IT team that will make your life easier with computers :)

I have used Northstar IT for at least 12 years, and have received unbelievable support at a realisitic price. As my businesses have grown, the support Northstar have offered has grown with them allowing me to concentrate on the business rather than acting as an unpaid IT nerd as I did in the dark ages!

Now I buy almost all hardware from Northstar as well as having an ongoing monthly support contract. I get happy, helpful, friendly service, and my staff can go directly to Northstar if they have an issue and get it resolved without having to hassle me.

Excellent service from the guys at Northstar IT. Our reception pc at work was running slow causing hold ups with dealing with bookings and taking payments. They managed to diagnose the issue remotely and then upgrade the pc on-site, working around my ‘open 7 days a week’ business. They were professional, friendly with good easy to understand communication. Highly recommended.
