Travelodge Droitwich

Staff were really polite and friendly. The room and the whole place was clean and tidy. Also it was remarkable quiet.really nice. Only thing i find totally confusing is one week it will be £74 to stay and the following week it will be £128 . Rediculas change.

Bathroom a bit care worn but bedroom was clean and comfortable and lady on reception very pleasant.

Ideal location just off the motorway makes it convenient for work purpose, also the staff are lovely on the front desk would definitely come back

The last two occasions we have visited the assistant manager Kerry has been absolutely wonderful. She takes her time out of her day to listen and have conversations with us. She is really helpful and helped with anything possible. Really lovely experiences both times

Great staff and a Starbucks next door.
The road is very busy outside, but if you brave it, there is a nice pub across the road. Good food and beer, well worth the effort to get there.

Great staff at reception helped us, very informative for the evacuation procedure (in the event of fire as disabled guests) and carried bags to our room. Fix the light as soon as we mentioned it! Fantastic place! Added bonus was the Starbucks right out the hotel for morning coffee! Reception Meena was the wonderful lady there! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay x

What a great experience. Stayed for 2 nights and could not fault any of above.
All staff on duty were totally focused on customer satisfaction. A special mention to the ladies on night shifts. Very welcoming and friendly. Totally prepared to go that extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Thanks to Neema ( ?) Sorry if got name wrong!!

Very good here, literally a minute from M5, there's Harvester, McDonald's and Petrol Station with shop 2 minutes the otherside of junction. Starbucks cafe is on site, very good example of your typical Travelodge.

We were greeted by kerry on the front desk who was very happy and friendly and recommended the restaurant across the the road "the Robin Hood" which is amazing!!. The hotel is a bit dated but one of the cleanest travelodges I've ever stayed at, i don't think I've ever given 5 stars to a travelodge but this one definitely deserves it kerry and team you should be proud and please keep up the good work.thank you!

It's location less than 5 minutes from M5 makes it an ideal pitstop when traveling further afield. Despite the proximity to the motorway it is surprisingly quiet. Ate before I got here so didn't need to check out the area for amenities. Starbucks on site which is really handy. Room is typical Travelodge clean and functional. Good value for the money

Stayed one night on a Friday. Reception staff both in the evening and morning were very pleasant. Room was very clean and fresh. Starbucks on-site, immediately next door however we found on Google a lovely cafe 5 mins drive away for breakfast (Julie’s Cafe). Location was so convenient just off M5. We will definitely return!

You get what you pay for. Clean rooms, spotless beds, linen and towels, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly staff, 3 of us in our 70's so the staff offered to change our rooms to ground floor without prompting. The breakfast was prepacked and consisted of Cornflakes (with bowl and spoon), milk, orange juice, pain au chocolate and oatmeal flapjack. It doesn't pretend to be the Ritz but I'd use it again willingly.

Nice room, handy location. Staff really helpful. A little tricky to see the motel from the road so we drove right past it (it's behind a Starbucks so look out for it), but I'd be more than happy to stay there again.

I stayed there for a week now and l can say everything he absolutely spotless and staff are very helpful...l would recommend that hotel to everyone.it is somewhere you can relax which is a bonus this days.... well done....

The staff were lovely, they were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We found it easy to use our mobile hoist for transfers from wheelchair to the bed. Disabled parking was next to the entrance which was really useful for loading and unloading our equipment. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff and very helpful, not much noise in the day time which is nice when your working nights.
Would definitely recommend staying here ! The manager and staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Had a fantastic couple of nights at this Travelodge over the weekend. I was keen to arrange a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday and Susan, the manager, did a fantastic job of arranging the flowers which I had delivered on the bed and even provided a vase and glasses for us to enjoy the Prosecco.

The room was lovely and the staff friendly.

Susan the manager is brilliant. What an asset to Travelodge Droitwich. Cares about the hotel and her guests being happy with everything. Room immaculately clean and warm. Great start to our holiday. Would always stay in Travelodge,es if they were as good as this one. Thank you!!!!

Genuinely the nicest staff, everyone.. like everyone! Was lovely. Rare! Clean good sized room not to far away from Worcester which was where we were going. Even said they were short staffed and still this nice..? Ace definitely recommend
