Lovely hotel set in 20 acres if parkland. Nice food as well, and friendly staff. I will be staying here again!

Amassing experience! We have been to a great wedding, and everything was spot on. We had indian menu, grilled in tandori, an abundance dept flavoured , a variety of vegy pakoras, chilly rice and great fresh onion chutneys, mint yougurt, fresh warm naan, sizzling mix grilled..Oauu what an experience!

We went to ghurka grill and bar excellent service exquisite tasty food . Good variety, good quality and price. Will be back and recommend it

Had our wedding at the Pear Tree yesterday, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Donna was so lovely and helpful when it came to organising the day, taking so much of the stress and hassle away from us. The day itself flowed brilliantly, the food was absolutely exquisite, the Bartlett Suite was beautifully laid out and decorated and the hotel rooms were very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Every single one of our guests have told us how much of a fantastic and fun day it was, and that the venue has played a huge part in that. We would definitely recommend the Pear Tree to anyone who is thinking of holding a wedding or other event there.

We attended my sisters wedding. They executed the whole thing very professionally. Fab staff nothing too much trouble. Especially Debs the hotel manager who was very calm and attentive .Her smile never faltered

We had our wedding reception at the Pear Tree in March and it was brilliant and the perfect venue for us. Donna was so helpful through the whole process - so easy going and keen to make it the perfect day for us. We chose an Indian cuisine which was completely exceptional - People are still talking about it! Thank you so much to Donna and the team for helping to make our day so special.

I really liked it here. Booked 1 night B&B and also took the evening meal and have nothing but praise for my treatment, the room and the dining. Lock down procedures are in force with helpful staff to guide you around, who were polite and interactive. Nice room, Good food, pleasant environment make it easy to recommend this hotel for a visit. Definitely stay here again.

Came for a large family celebration. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and very easy going about the numbers of children we had with us of all ages. I'm sure the other guests at the time appreciated the separate bar which was a little quieter than the large function room we were occupying. The food was delicious, especially the vanilla biscotti cheesecake- sublime! Thanks for looking after us all so well!

The new refurb is looking absolutely fantastic. So modern and fresh throughout.

The food (I had the Carvery) was amazing and really could not be beaten on quality, quantity and cost.

We had our wedding there last night had a great day. The house keepers was so lovely. Reception was lovely too. The chief is the best. Food is great. The events coordinators don't know how to coordinate with each other this made the day stop flowing . They told the dj 7:30pm and he should of been there at 6pm

Huge TV in twin room. Clean throughout, friendly staff sorted late meal. Nice breakfast, comfy bed. Other person staying said shower was only just hot enough but ok only negative point.

Recently had a joint 50th Birthday Party here - could not have asked for more - venue just perfect, staff extremely attentive and canapes delicious - would love to do it again. Stayed the night so did several of our guests - rooms lovely and clean and full English breakfast in the morning spot on.

Location was excellent, very peaceful just what was needed.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner was lovely.
Staff were very polite and the owners really spoilt us, they went above and beyond with their excellent service i will definately recommend this place to all my family and friends....i know i will be going back there very soon.

I was blown away at just how good my meal was and at such a low price. When I saw the Sunday menu was £15 for 3 courses I expected some bog-standard affair of over cooked meat, half attempted sauces and all round lazily made food.
This was far from it, everything I had was exceptional and the service was fantastic too.
I really look forward to going back soon!

We didn't stay but came for afternoon tea. Lovely fresh sandwiches and wonderful selection of cakes - delicious! The staff were so friendly. Definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay. Went for my mother’s 70th birthday and we received excellent service, excellent food, and hotel was very clean. Would recommend to anyone and the staff were so nice and helpful.

We stopped at this hotel for one night, while we went to see a show at sixways. The hotel is in a lovely location (hidden dream) and not far from M5. The room was spotless and very comfortable, food and staff where lovely, a good breakfast, The chef did a light meal before we went to the show, Excellent all round.

Stayed here after a day at Crufts. Very warm welcome. Food was perfect, room perfect and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Haven't been wolf whistled at for a long time so thank you Joey the parrot.
