It seems risky using a Company that you know little about, but James, who visted my home, and all the consequent help I have been offered has been excellent.

Excellent experience. Our back up server failed to re-start after powering down. The team quickly found the problem, then the solution and within a week I had the machine back up and running again. Great job with very friendly technicians.

My computer broke down at a crucial time as I was helping edit the Kidlington News against a tight deadline. I took the computer in on Friday afternoon and collected it with a new hard drive on Saturday morning. Pretty good service a stressful time.

We are hosting our village hall website and our email system with Oxford IT Solutions. Rob and his team are always going the extra mile when it comes to customer service, answering emails out of hours and over the weekend, too. Very competent team, usually get it right the first time.

We had 5 old laptops that were not functioning. This incredible company took everything from four of them and placed it all onto the one that was still working.

We discovered old photos and videos that we thought were lost.

They were prompt, picked up the laptops from our address and fixed them within the week, all for £144. Incredible.

Really pleased with Oxford IT. They came round within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem within 1/2 hour. Friendly guy explained what he was doing all the way to detect the fault and provided cheap simple solution, I will use them again if I have a problem I can't solve myself. 7/10/22

I have now used Oxford IT a second time to replace the memory in a laptop at their offices in Kidlington. Again the service was excellent. The fault diagnosed within 10 minutes, part ordered and fixed withing 2 days at a very reasonable cost. 9/7/24
