Starbucks Coffee - A34 South

They've done up the restaurant, it looks cleaner and fresher. The service and coffee seems to have improved loads too. It's a shame so many race past this place because if you like a Starbucks this is a good one.

Looks like the new design format, impressive tbf. This is a lighter better style of what we all know and the service matched it. Got a friendly hello and even goodbye. Just a shame very few vegan options, as usual.

A sneaky place on the left, as you pass the shell garage. Odd entrance and you could go flying by if you didn't notice it, but well worth it if you stop

Had a very pleasant and welcoming experience at this Starbucks. Our dog was welcomed inside aswell and the staff provided a complementary PupAChino. We had a coffee, cake and breakfast roll. Inside was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the coffee was lovely.

Just popped into Starbucks off the A34 north bound and what a lovely clean place nice staff too. So nice to see a well looked after Starbucks and clean so important so impressed. Charlotte

The barista was so lovely, and I am so impressed at how she was asking all customers to consider buying a reusable cup! They also had a big chalkboard detailing the anti-waste movement they are involved in. Great stuff from such a tiny little shop in an unexpected place!

Brand new. You can literally smell the fresh wood flooring and the new leather chairs.

After a couple of less than pleasant experiences at other Starbucks lately, it was so refreshing to experience such great service here.
The male barista was so friendly, went above & beyond to create my bizarre request of a customized drink.

Oh, and to others, don't moan if there's a queue due to it being busy. Some road users don't deserve nice rest areas with their grumpy attitudes.

We were served just 5 minutes ago by a very kind gentleman with a short beard who offered our dog a puppicino. It is a warm day and our pooch was very happy with this customer service. The pooch asked if I would leave a nice review and recommends this gentlemen gets employee of the month.

Perfect place for a break after driving up the A34. Serving great coffees and teas and a choice of cakes. Knowledgeable staff and always happy to help. Highly recommended.

This is my go-to stop on the way up the country when travelling for work.

Lovely staff. Rory gave us a such a friendly welcome and gave our toddler some free chocolate. Although there was a slight hiccup with the order, Rory went above and beyond to rectify it.
The toilets were clean as was the dining area.

I stopped here on a very wet Saturday morning. The 2 lads on duty were very friendly.
I got my coffee very quickly.
The place wasn't busy.

Ok it's only a Starbucks but actually it's like a little oasis when you've come off the M40. I prefer to stop here rather than the services on the M40 because it's quieter and the coffee is good. So every time I'm coming back on the M40 then joining the A34, I stop (if it's open). Get refreshed without the hustle bustle of motorway services.
