I was quite apprehensive about a 2 hour appointment for root canal treatment, but I needn't have worried. Dr Jonathan Lee and all the team were wonderful, they were professional and friendly and totally put me at my ease. The process was explained to me at every stage, there was no pain and I am very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Went to Dental Elements yesterday and even managed to watch the football while getting my root canal! As much as I was dreading the treatment Jon did a fantastic job, and it went by faster than I anticipated. He also helped with me with my insurance documents after.

Excellent experience for a very gnarly root canal, I had become very anxious and had been in pain for 6 weeks. I was referred to Jonathan and had the most relaxing/calming experience. Jonathan was so calming and every step of the way talked me through the work he was doing. All the staff were absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend. A fantastic service.

All the staff were superb in their support, reassurance and professionalism. I especially would like to commend the reception staff I spoke to the day before my appointment, whose helpfulness and calm attitude probably convinced me to go through the procedure. Jonathan Lee who undertook my root canal filling was excellent in keeping me calm and pain free throughout. His dental nurse was experienced, friendly and added to my reassurance that I was in safe hands.

I have had an excellent experience today with Jelena and her Team.

She saw me after a complication with a root canal treatment that sadly didn't fully resolve an infection.

She took time to explain to me all the potential outcomes of her assessment of my problem and then the options available to me to address the problems and treat it

She was incredibly gentle and took time throughout my treatment to ensure I was comfortable and explained to me as she performed the treatment what I may experience in terms of sensations, sensitivity etc.

The treatment was painless and I am very hopeful will resolve the problems I've been experiencing.

I have a follow up on the 15th January with her to complete the treatment but I can honestly say that just a few hours since being treated I'm already feeling more comfortable.

I have just had a re-root canal treatment at this surgery and I am so impressed with the care and support I have received throughout.
