Great click and collect service, fast and easy to use. Staff very helpful. Huge car park and spaces are generous. Great layout and has a coffee shop inside too. Online service easy to navigate.

Useful homeward shop with wide range of goods including some textiles and haberdashery. Great for new trends and decor ideas

Great store and the cafe is absolutely wonderful. There was a chap up there who went out of his way to ensure we had great service. He even did the children a mini pizza when they ran out of sandwiches.

This homeward store offer a good range of products and is accessible easily.

Excellent place for bedding, curtains and blinds and most household essentials very reasonably priced. The cafe is excellent and great for a quick coffee or a bite to eat.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff dealt with my requirements very quickly and efficiently.

Always love going to Dunhelm we always love going for a coffee and scone in their coffee shop it's very relaxing and we looking to buy a carpet so will be back very soon

Fantastic. If they haven't got it, you probably don't need it. Well laid out, airy and absolutely wonderful staff. I was assisted by Naomi who went out of her way to help me from selecting curtains to finding bath and sink plugs (the latter items in two different locations, a floor apart) her knowledge was superb, patience apparently unending. Made what was a potentially mind boggling curtain purchasing experience for a single man, almost a pleasure. Really good value items that were of good quality and considerably less expensive than I had anticipated. Well worth the trip to get exactly what is required and to be served by knowledgeable and willing staff. Totally recommend this store.

NOTE******** RESTRICTED 2 HR parking.
It's £100 fine if you easily stay more than 2 hrs. It is advertised but NOT very well. Small sign upon entry whilst trying to negotiate turns, exiting cars ,traffic lights and a mini roundabout, 10 "No unauthorised parking" signs that mention the 2 hour restricted time in TINY font, and a small sign on the shop door.
Beware. Many are completely unaware of this trap by the parking company and Dunelm can do nothing about it. Only spent 1hr 55 minutes in the shop this visit, instead of 3 hrs on the last. Dunelm missed out on the cost of my lunch due to time constraints

Love Dunelm always manage to find something to buy. Staff friendly and helpful but could do with having more around. I've always been a great fan of your store, and managed to buy everything for the home. I recommend family and friends to go they won't be disappointed.

I absolutely love this store. It has everything you need for the home and garden. I use it for anything from pots and pans to curtain poles or bedding. Laundry equipment to pots for the garden. Fantastic value for money whilst maintaining excellent quality of their products. Ample parking on site. It even has a cafe. What else could you ask for

Naomi was amazing. She was incredibly helpful and patient and stayed with us while we dithered and finally bought some curtains.

Called at the store today and was served by a lovely helpful lady called Jo, nothing was too much trouble for her, really polite and a credit to your store. She made our purchase of the zoe corner sofa a delight. Thank you Jo 😊 x

Could not thank the lady enough for taking my phone call regarding a particular size of curtain. Id ordered two pairs on line but the third was out of stock. Thanks to this wonderful lady, my third pair were sourced in shop and I could complete my order. I really felt that this lady went above and beyond. Thank you once again!

Lovely experience today. It was quite busy with customers. Staff very friendly, store nice and clean and well presented with kitchen, bathroom bedding and other departments. We visited the cafe upstairs they have also a lift if needed. The cafe has hot food. Also sandwiches you can have toasted and cakes biscuits cold drinks. They will carry it to you if you can't manage it. Staff very friendly and cafe very clean. Well worth visiting.
