Outdoor Cafe

Nice simple, tasty food and quality ingredients. Quick service. I had a breakfast bap with bacon, sausage, egg and mushroom. Delicious. Handy location right off the A35 and toilets onsite.

The best breakfast burger I've had in for as long as I can remember. Delicious! Lovely with mushrooms, bacon, amazing sausages and free range eggs. Will definitely go again next time I'm in the area.

Great little place to stop, the owners are really friendly and the food we had was great. Would have loved to have tried some more as the choice was great.

It's a real shame the council toilets aren't open - there's some portaloos which are good enough but I just don't understand why the council can't open the proper toilets.

We stopped just to use the toilets at this rest stop and decided to grab a quick snack. The burgers were gorgeous. Proper meaty butchers burgers, proper bacon and fresh white rolls. Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want a greasy burger from a burger van....this is far from that and probably same price.

Could just eat a sausage bap and do with another coffee I said after our early start.

Two minutes later we see the sign for the outdoor cafe.

Proper bangers and bacon from a decent butcher's, good sized bags and decent coffee.

Good range of other products on offer too which makes this layby grub a cut above the rest.

Highly recommend.

It's really nice to find a snack bar set back from the road in a proper woodland setting.
But the best bits are clearly very high standards and a great choice of food.
Wild boar, venison, granary baps, this is a great place to stop. And the service is quick and really cheerful. Highly recommended.

Nice little stop off, just what you need when traveling from Torquay to Bournemouth, as you are not on any motorways there are no services to stop at for a break and a brew. This is perfect, we had a breakfast barm, which consisted of bacon, sausage, egg and mushrooms for £5, bargain. I had a lovely coffee. You can stay on this parking way for 24 hours, which is perfect for a free stopover ( if you are in a Motorhome or caravan)

What a surprise! I only pulled into the layby to give my dog a break but discovered there are toilets here AND this amazing little cafe! Looks good, like a little fairground sideshow, and had a huge selection of snacks.

Great cafe stocking local chutneys and honey,plus other tasty treats .lovely tasty burgers and sausages,coffe too.always stop here on my way to Goodwood for the motor sport meeting or a helicopter trip with Elite Helicopters at Goodwood..

Fantastic fresh cooked food. Card payments only .our breakfast rolls were unbelievable, always use this place when we pass. Would recommend and visit again

Just stopped to find this little beauty of a cafe! So happy we stopped best burger i think iv had in a long time! Lovely service from the lady n chef too! Thank you guys!

Great for passing trade, good food teas coffee hot foods and cold rolls everything u need for a long journey or just a quick break definitely worth a stop. Even toilets available. Little bit over priced but still good.

Stopped for a bacon and sausage roll, very good quality. Although the server looked like he hadn't smiled in a long time i will be stopping there again.

Beautiful flower bed and lovely scenery. Long queue for today's expensive ice creams.

Every time we stop here which is about 3 times a year, we're always welcomed and served like royalty. Such a lovely stop
