Kalipso coffee & bagel

Absolutely my favourite place.
I am client from long time of this coffee shop. I like theirs specials coffees.
Theirs coffee are dense and creamy. You don't need add sugar in these coffes as they have flavours : pistachio, vanilla, lavender, etc..
I had as well theirs bagels.
They are fresh and tasty.
The atmosphere is quite, nice and relaxing.
They have on always nice music.

different but enjoyable, the mocha tasted as good as the pictures. Not had bagels served this way before but would recommend it, lots of choice of fillings.

Just right. Literally served with a smile. Sourdough toast with avocado and earl grey tea with real tea leaves! The pot filled two mugs.

My first time in here and I found it just great. Plenty of variation in the cake and drink selection, presentation was amazing and the staff were young, vibrant and friendly. This place would fit beautifully into a happening big city but for now I’m glad it’s here in Torquay. I was also very surprised and moved to see free ladies sanitary products in the loos, not something you often see. Great idea from one of the staff!!

The Lavender cream coffee is to die for. Simply amazing!
Yeah yeah the service is great, and super friendly and the place has a cool vibe. Oh and they have gorgeous cakes and loads of other things but most importantly - the Lavender coffee.

Really cost cafe, great place to answer some emails and have lunch.

Staff were very attentive, quick to remove dishes from tables.

The pastrami bagel was so so good, I definitely want to try their other ones. And my flat white was excellent! Very impressed with my latte art

Best coffee shop in Torquay without a doubt. Amazing quality coffee and the bagels are incredible. Staff are always really friendly. It’s always busy which speaks for itself.

The only thing i would recommend would be adding more options for the Bagels.

They do gorgeous beetroot lattes. Also a very nice vegan bagel which came with salad, crisps and was filled with vegan cheese and ham, spinach and tomato. Recommended, especially if you are able to sit outside and enjoy the autumn sun. Dog Friendly too. 🐕

Love this place, the coffee and tea are superb, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My go-to oasis when in Torquay.

Lovely vibe and excellent coffee at Kalipso, I can really recommend the oat flat white - also dog-friendly which is a bonus - definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in town.

Little pit stop here for a little bite to eat. Cheeky pastrami & cheese bagal with a flat white chaser. Such good food, amazing coffee and lovely staff. Definitely needed after a night shift 👌🏼 thank you for supporting my caffeine needs 😁😁😁

Had a short holiday in Torquay and found Kalipso on the day I arrived. I hung out there every day as it had such a nice, relaxing vibe, cool people and delicious food <3 Will most definitely return and highly reccommend!

A magnificent start to my day. Thank you to the cashier and barista who made this great oat milk cortado for me. I would recommend this coffee shop as the staff care.

Lovely chilled cafe, vegan options including a naughty tasting cocoa, peanut butter and banana smoothie! Great coffee too.

Really liked the vibe of this place and the staff are polite. Best of all I got an iced coffee and it actually tasted good unlike many other places in Torquay! They also do iced coffee in most styles; I had a flat white with oat milk and a vanilla shot which tasted amazing. If it's coffee you want, skip Starbucks and come here! :)

We have been using this independent coffee shop for a couple of years. This is as far as I'm concerned the best in Torquay. These guys always make you welcome and the coffe latte fantastic.

Lovely vibe here, very good coffee and bagels. Very reasonably priced! Good flat white with pattern and textured milk
