I love this pet shop. There's a fantastic variety of toys,treats food and sundries. Dogs love coming in and are always given a treat! I took a friend in last week with her two dogs and she said it's the best pet shop she's ever been in. I tend to agree!

What a great emporium of pet supplies, toys etc. I went in to get some more food for the puppies and was given great advice by one of the owners who could not do more to help - thank you. I will totally recommend to anyone. 👍

I use this shop for all my pets needs.
I've a dog, a cat & a goldfish.
The prices are very competitive, in fact cheaper than a lot & the quality of products is high.
One of the best reasons to use this shop is the staff. They are friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable.

Went in to ask about some natural dog food I had been recommended. I asked if it was sold in smaller packs, as I didn't want to buy a sack and my fussy dog not eat it. The owner very kindly gave me a couple of small bags to try . Lovely pet shop with everything you'd need to care for a pet.

Popped in here today to get a few treats for my dog! Huge range of brands as well as variety of treats. Also has lots of Kong toys stocked as well as tougher toys made from rope ect. Didn’t catch his name but the man on the till was very lovely!

Amazing place for pet needs, like a doggie sweet shop and toy shop all in one. 😁Lots of variety, just get your bag and fill with your pick and mix. Then head off to the toy section. Great Christmas shopping trip for your furry friends.

I would usually use another local pet shop just for ease of parking and later opening hours. However during lockdown I began to use Creature Comforts as they were offering click and collect and deliveries. I found the processes faultless. The staff lovely, friendly and helpful. The products are fab and they have a good selection. I will be continuing to use Creature Comforts in the future.

Have been using this store for years for supplies for my husky and reptiles. They have a large selection of items ranging from dry, wet and live food too habitats for small mammals, reptiles and fish. All the animals in the store are healthy and well looked after. They have recently increased their number of exotic animals in store. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knollageable. They also have a good reward scheme that has saved me alot of money over the past few years. Would very much recommend this store.

Such a brilliant shop, their own brand dog food is excellent and when I take my Lurcher in to collect a bag the staff are always so friendly to her and give her a treat - they always ask first. I can't rate this pet shop high enough. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.

I absolutely love this place. Cheap prices, good quality products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, but what they really excel in is their animals. You can definitely tell that the staff put a lot of time and effort into socializing them, so when you bring them home, they're all ready to be perfect pets! They also seem to be very responsibly bred - an issue I've found with Pets at Home.
I've bought six happy, healthy hamsters from Creature Comforts, and fell in love with a seventh, who had a cold. I actually tried very hard to purchase it, but they refused to until he was better. I have also bought two hamsters from Pets at Home (do not EVER buy an animal there) who sold me two sick, awfully socialized hamsters without even telling me they were sick. My current hamster, from Pets at Home, has cost me £150+ in vet bills so far, is on his fourth illness (that's if you don't count the poor mental health he had when I first got him) and is continuing treatment so I'm expecting to need to pay a lot more. In other words, if you enjoy your pet being happy and healthy, get them at Creature Comforts!
Also, I definitely want to mention that when I bought my first two hamsters ever here, they made sure I knew exactly how to look after them, told me lots of little things you'd only really know if you'd owned one before, and to this day answer any queries I have about the little critters. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, including the knowledge to look after your animal well.
So yes, I cannot recommend Creature Comforts enough!

Lovely shop lots of pet goodies bought some treats for the dogs had to ring up next day for assistance on how many skin & calm treats to give very helpful lady

This business has now moved to the lower end of The High Street ( opposite Iceland ).
Its an absolute delight to shop in... with pick and mix dog treats and bird food. Its literally a treat for the eyes as the displays are so well thoight through. Great job Creature Comfirts.. cant wait to bring my dog in!

It's like being greeted by family when you walk in here the staff are so helpful and friendly.You will only find quality goods in here at reasonable prices and I recommend Nature's Way kibble for dogs and the Forthglade flat packs , good variety in both products to suit different dietary and ages of your dog.
My dogs have thrived on this over the years experiencing optimum health and it is noticeable as they keep winning prizes at the family dog shows!
