Of all the HB stores out there this must be the busiest! Good product range. With M&S and Aldi as neighbours you can pretty much guarantee getting what you need. Parking good. Little tip, most people think they shut at 8pm. They don't. Best shopping time Mon - Sat 8pm - 9pm 😉

Reduced prices compared to supermarkets- haircare - medicines - baking and groceries.

To be honest, I mostly use this place for getting juice, chocolate, biscuits, hand wash and batteries lol
It’s got a good selection of sweets/chocolate, though annoyingly they have reduced the size of that section !
Easy access, disable friendly, and never had an issue with shopping 🛍

I love this store. It has a good selection of goods at a competitive price.
I bought some alphabet placemats. I have since been hunting for more as I have not got all the initials I need. I rang Head Office to see if the could tell me which store would have the ones I need. They said they do not keep a check. So disappointed.

Very affordable. We visit mainly for bird food but usually get cleaning stuff too. Many a bargain on offer 👌

Whitstable HB is always good.. the staff are always happy to help you even popping out back to see if they have the item not currently on the shelves... tills always busy and for me mostly local staff which is always great for a brief chat... people like Jackie who are a treasure... look after her.. make the shopping far easier.. especially now we are all masked up ! Easy free parking too which is a bonus.. still good still cheapest still worth the drive..

Good selection of everyday items at very keen prices. The home section is varied and new items regularly. Tool/paint section is basic but good and varied with a lot of attention to the smaller specialised items. Fast checkouts are always welcome and if your out to save money this is definitely in the top three.

Great bargains for everyday items from shampoo and dental items through to tools and sweets, something for every budget and range. Helpful to get regular items a bit cheaper. Easy to get to and a big enough store to move around safely.

Huge selection, great prices, and the staff are very polite and helpful. They are also enforcing safety measures for COVID-19 very successfully. Great selection of face masks too!

Not a lot else to say once you've been in one they are all the same.
Staff are OK but can be a bit standoffish if you've caught them at a bad time.

Good lot of stock busy place clean and good prices

Great organisation during covid 19. You can shop safely without overcrowding. This generate a queue outside but its worth waiting for piece of your mind. Shelf stocked. Very impressed with smooth running.
