I purchased a number of turfs today, I asked a man from b & Q if he could help me load them onto the trolley, i Said would get a trolley, he said he would get it, which he did, he loaded the on the trolley, then met me at the tills then took the trolley to my car and loaded them into my car, he’s name was Stephen. Such a lovely polite, helpful man he is a credit to B & Q Whitstable

A new self check out was even better with attentive staff close by to assist if required

Recently reopened and really excellent social distance management, including hand saniters at entrance. All staff extremely aware and all safety precautions in place. Whole store is all marked out. Felt very safe shopping there. 🙂

Just popped in before the 10% finshing next week. Bought lawnmower and bark chap in there got all on trolley and helped put in car. Woundful service. He was so helpful to us.

I went in the store to buy a garden gate, the person I asked for some questions about it was very professional and went out of her way to answer my questions, very impressive, it's nice to find out there are people with good customer service skill, made my day

Friendly helpful staff conveniently located next to the Sainsbury's and the John Wilson business park, so you can get your DIY bit on your lunch break, with a handy burger can in their car park that make a mean corned beef Sandwich.

I called into the Whitstable branch after work on 19/05, as I needed a drill, but didn't know which would suit my purpose. I spoke with Cyril and explained that I needed a drill for use in jewellery making. He was very well informed on the stock held at the branch and explained that the tool I needed wasn't stocked there but was in the Canterbury branch. He showed me the item on the stock computer, and rang Canterbury to reserve one in my name for collection. He and his colleague Jan were very helpful to me, and were mutually supportive to give good customer service.

They were great and all helpful and polite. As I am disabled I didn't even have to line up for ages just straight into the store.

I had a young man called Anthony he was amazing so so helpful he assisted me putting the timber in my car Stirling guy well deserved of recognition
