My first time in this post office was last Saturday to renew my driving licence. The ladies in there are just so polite, friendly and competent it was like a breath of fresh air after years of going to the now closed Houghton branch and the awful Sunderland one. My new licence arrived today, Thursday, in less than a week. Wonderful service, thank you.

Fantastic service! The staff always go above and beyond to help where they can. We have a more local post office but we choose to use the Hetton le Hole Post Office for our personal and business post due to the service we receive there. Highly recommended...First class customer service!

Place is a dive, stinks of wet dog and closes at 4 and not open a Saturday. Not very accommodating for modern times
