Nice big store with lots of products. The staff are absolutely lovely. It wasn't too busy either and I visited between Christmas and New Year.

Great service. Love their undied smoked haddock from Grimsby especially with 20% off on a Friday

This store is Waitrose and is superb. Perfectly sized and so well stocked. The quality of fresh fruit and vegetables is excellent. It must be said that the fresh fish counter is quite wonderful.
If you are serious about cooking, then this is THE place for great ingredients.
Big tip... get a 'MyWaitrose' Card...definitely well worthwhile.
The latest incentive of Personalised Vouchers is so welcome - definitely worth engaging with.
The staff are friendly and helpful and never get in the way of shoppers.
'ScanPayGo' (try it with a Spanish accent) is a great facility.
Just go I'm there for the recipe cards if you must. They are fabulous.

Been getting grocery delivery since the start several years ago. Waitrose has always delivered fresh fruit and veg, and stocks fruit and ve that are difficult to find anywhere else. I did have an issue for a short time with expiry dates on dairy. But that was resolved.

My fave supermarket! Good quality produce including many local brands that you couldn't find elsewhere.

A lovely airy store with a wide selection. Great range of fresh fruit and veg, as well as some very tempting individual servings of bread and cakes in the bakery. Plus so much more. Everything you need for a weekly shop or a wee one-off treat. Self serve checkouts cleaned by the attentive and friendly staff after every use.

Absolutely brilliant personal service from Craig, his colleague who came to our door (sorry, can't remember her name), and their colleagues who dealt with us a couple of days ago during Click and Collect. Above and beyond doesn't describe it - SO helpful. Thanks for making my day just that bit less stressful.

We were dropping friends off early morning nearby so needed some breakfast. Popped in to the cafe and had a fantastic cooked breakfast, good options for kids too. Then we did a bit of shopping before coming home. The cafe, supermarket and it's toilets were all nice and clean.

The lovely till staff and quality of food make this the best supermarket by far. Shop is really clean and organised and is consistent. Beats Asda Bearsden which had the rudest checkout staff I've ever seen. I'll always choose this shop over anywhere due to the fab customer service

Bargains visible to the careful shopper. My offers mean I pay less for products that I value and buy regularly. I often enjoy a free coffee after a visit. Great staff always helpful friendly and positive.

My favourite supermarket! If you are looking for something a bit different or an unusual ingredient, Waitrose will have it. They have a great selection of produce, I even managed to get some fresh sardines which I couldn’t get anywhere else.
It may be slightly more expensive than other supermarkets however, they have a fabulous range of meal ideas and there are free recipe cards when you want something different or if you’re just looking for a change

As expected, this store has a very large car park, with ample spaces for families and blue badge parking. The inside of the store is very bright and spotless. The cafe area enjoys large glass windows looking on to the car park. There is a second but smaller sitting area with service from a smaller patisserie conter. You can expect all the best foods normally found in Waitrose stores.

Had a lovely visit to the store today, was offered an oil tasting while sitting in the small cafe with my extra hot flat white, by Jamie who spotted me sitting on my own, this led me to buying the garlic oil, as I could see immediately how to get the most from using it. I also picked a wrap while wandering around and have just got round to tasting it. 'Chana Masala and spinach,' it's actually amazingly fresh and very tasty, I will definitely buy this again. Staff on the whole in this store are excellent and very helpful.
