We had a lovely meal here and were well looked after by Georgia and Christy. It’s not just steaks… lots of veggie options too.

Exceptional manager here.
We are regular visitors to the chain and it was our first visit to this particular one.
A misunderstanding I believe happened between kitchen and server.
The manager stepped in and resolved it quickly and better than we could have hoped.

it's very good place for dinner and they serve a very delicious steak. it's worth coming back. their lunch menu really looks delicious and reasonable I definitely coming back and try it. thank you beef eater for appreciating the NHS worker for giving 25% discount . it's nice to be appreciated.

Sunday lunch with my daughter. The staff were very busy but delivered excellent service with a smile. What an amazing place and the roast dinner was worry of a 5* hotel. Cannot recommend highly enough. THANK YOU

Staff were run off their feet for Mother's day but the were still attentive and bey apologetic for any delays. Couldn't ask for more from your staff. There were 6 of us and we had a lovely time. Thank you. Rita

Doesn't look very inviting from the outside, but it's very clean and fresh inside. Chicken goujon starter, ribeye main, 2 pints guiness and everything was really very good and no problem making slight changes to the accompliments.

Went at a quiet period during the day for lunch, ordered the chicken flat bread the chicken tasted a bit bland a little seasoning or sauce would have sorted it out still good value for money and the staff and service were excellent

Chicken & ribs on a paper that disintegrates amid your food. Food was ok, not brilliant but staff were lovely as usual.

We celebrated our aunts91st birthday. Good choice of food. Staff helpful pleasant and polite. We managed to get a birthday cake with candle with a 9 and a 1. Staff brought it out and our aunt was surprised. There were 6 of us in total and the bill was very reasonable. We were not rushed with our food. We'll Worth a visit.

Got breakfast here after a night stay in Premier next door, £9.99 (per person) cooked & continental breakfast (unlimited) for both myself and my partner. Good good, great service and easy enough to pre-order from hotel reception next door.

Absolutely 1st class service by the lovely ladies who worked the evening of Sunday 9th and morning of Monday 10th April. They were all friendly and helpful despite a very busy day. Can't say the food is up to much but the staff need lots of praise for their hardwork and smiles during a very busy time. It made all the difference to us.

Had a fantastic meal last night. Service was not great, had to ask for someone to take our order after being seated, brought the wrong meal then had to wait another 15 mins for the correct meal to be cooked, ordered dessert which was supposed to come with raspberries and a sauce, which it didn't. After a chat with the manager he very kindly gave us our full meal free due to the bad service we had received. On a positive note.....the food was fantastic, we will definitely be back.

Food was delicious, staff were very friendly. I was so happy to see a really good kids menu my granddaughter loved her meal. Would highly recommend this restaurant 😊
